What happens if/when it is proven Obama’s records are forged and his Presidency is not legitimate on that reason?

I am not talking specifically about his place of birth. The leftist conmen well could direct us to a wrong track INTENTIONALLY, so a lot of time and credibility is wasted and the real Obama’s skeletons get untouched – at least until he finishes his destructive “job”.
I have been surprised pretty much that many Republican Big Guns get indifferent at best when it comes to actions, seeming to be a slam dunk in getting Obama out of office and maybe out of politics. I do not think the hedonism, weakness and infantilism of the Washington insiders is the major reason to their ineptness in this case. I don’t believe in the conspiracy theories as well. What are we left with?
It is probably true that the stubborn Mc Cain wouldn’t let do the obvious: expose his opponent’s terrible biography gaps. After Obama was elected, any official from both sides faced the dilemma: what is more harmful, either to let the imposter “rule” or expose him for what he is and jeopardize some national interests.

I do not know what the Constitutional ramifications of President Obama being proven ineligible for the office of President of the United States would be. I suspect it would depend when that was proven, and what President Romney had not reversed policy wise. I would also guess that it may not start at a lower federal court level, and if it did it would be kicked up to the Supreme Court pretty quick.
As far as a criminal matter, and it is, I would think the public outcry would be strong enough that the matter would at least be brought in front of a grand jury.
I do expect someone in the media to eventually do an expose on the "many questions about Obama." The man is an enigma, and the longer it goes on, the more questions people have. At some point the questions will get answered, or it will become one of the biggest conspiracy theories in the world (and at that point we will never find out the truth).
