These are the same people that worship snakes. They should take a look at his pro NAMBLA statements too. This man is a perv. He shouldn't be involved with school children. Another wonderful obama choice don't you think? http://www.sodahead.com/livin...

Very disturbing to see anyone try to 'spin' this to "justify" just standing by when they KNOW That there is someone out there PREYING on Minors .. especially when it is between Teacher and Student. THAT is definitely .. sick.

They are wrong for supporting pedophilia. They also included that in their unConstitutional hate crimes bill. Can you believe that? You won't be able to say anything bad about a pedophile.

If he were part of a Republican administration he would be crucified. But since he was chosen by Hobo, they just see his inability to properly council a youth as an extension of his character. Liers, cheats, thieves, rapists all get a pass when it is a character issue with Libs.

Knowingly not reporting a crime is a crime. He knew this child was being raped. He tells him to wear a condom. Then the kid sounded suicidal. Why is it all of his czar have this kind of baggage? A cabinet full of tax cheats.

But he was bragging about how he handled the situation as late as 200? (was it 2000, or 2003?) in front of a group called gay and lesbian straight education network. They "promote homosexaulity in the schools......I am sorry what do they do?? Yup you heard it!! And he dosen't believe in what he did?? Yea right....I have some land to sell ya too!!
There seems to be no end to the losers in this administration!!

Not reporting statutory rape as a teacher is unforgivable! It doesn't matter how old he was as a teacher. It doesn't matter that he or the student were gay or the rapist was gay. It's not about gay, it's about protecting innocence.

I don't really care about his sexual orientation. If he brings the baggage with him and safe schools, anti-bullying, etc. are orientation based, then he has no credibility. There can be discussions on homosexuality---in health classes and in age appropriate settings at the high school level, and there should be an opt-out option, as well an OBJECTIVE presentation of the material, not the cartoon crap that has been shown lately in Cali (youth transvestite, and buff gays getting turned on).

Of course, this "Czar" is to take us to another place, to rewrite our history, and adopt new traditions, paraphrasing Michelle Obama. Tearing down traditions, destabilizing existing social mores, and accepted morality are all part of the game book. This manufactures crises, and enables the change. Marx, Engels, Alinsky, et. al. spell it all out. All pne has to do is look at the line up of czars, and appointees in the societal areas. It's all about disassembling convention.

Now, as far as Mr. Jennings' behavior regarding the 15 year old having sex with the adult----He was completely out of line. He should have reported it, counseled the student that it was illegal--not how it was normal, but "Be sure to wear your condom, Jimmie!", and seen that something was done to the adult. Stat...

Statutory rape is just that. It is gender neutral. He was irresponsible in his response. I'm sure he is the poster child for NAMBLA. I think the administration should rethink this, but it is part of the plan to destroy from within, to stick it in the eye of the status quo, so they are living down to my expectations.

Why not? He is a union type person and due to tenure the teachers answer to unions, not parents. Once a teacher had tenure, it is very hard to get rid of the worst of them unless they are caught in the act of having sex. NYC was even paying teachers to sit in a room rather than teach. We, as parents, should demand that at worse tenure be renewed every two years based on performance, at best it be abolished...but the unions rule. so that won't happen, unless parents organize and refuse to pay school tax unless tenure is abolished.

Funny the hard working really good teachers I know agree with me, the poor ones do not.

I don't approve of any of this Czar business. At the rate Obama is going, he is going to catch up and surpass Bush's 46 Czars. The truth is I don't approve of any of the Czars and would like to see roughly 98% of our entire government body, that ethically bankrupt, political cesspool run out of the country on a rail.

Having said that, I would like to say, that as a real stand-up person, now, I would hate to be scrutinized for the poor choices I made and the irresponsibility of my youth. I can't say I'd change a thing. Most likely, learning from my mistakes made me the person I am today. As beneficial as I believe I would be in the political arena, I'd never voluntarily go through the pompous, pious scrutiny of this public. Too many forget that youth is the one time we have a bona fide excuse to be stupid.

I will say that even in my youth, I'd have had the wherewithal and conscience to turn in a case of statutory rape.

I bought my ticket, strolled in and sat down in this theater.

I'm still waiting for someone to walk onstage, take the microphone, and defend some alleged 'Safe School Czar' who feels that it's just FINE for some chickenhawk to take advantage of some fifteen-year old kid.

And what's he doing working in MY government?

    ROFL!

In most jurisdictions, sexual relations with ANY fifteen-year old constitutes statutory rape.

Did Czar Jennings report this crime to the authorities? No.
Did he do anything to stop this ongoing relationship? No.

His sage words of wisdom and guidance to this young man was to 'wear a condom.' And every time he saw this guy, he reports the dude had a 'big smile on his face.'

I guess, from gettin' his fudge packed.
