why are none of the news outlets covering this? They were all over it in 2009 when this happened.

I got these letters too. I think they are just renogotiating their contract. A bunch of letters like this went out in 2009. They reached an agreement at the last minute before the contract ran out. If you google the articles from 2009, you'll see that they reached a three year agreement. I panicked back in 2009 because I was due to deliver at a wellstar hospital just after the cutoff. I'm not too worried this time. They're probably just rattling each others cages trying to get the best deal.

Thats exactly what it is. The hidden agenda of Obamacare is to completely squeeze out through fee reduction and mandatory free coverage requirements individual insurance companies. The employer penalty is designed to cause employers to drop health care and pay the cheaper penalty for not offering it forcing more and more into the government controlled system. I am sorry this is happening too your daughter but fear it's only the beginning. While it's probably not going to help your feelings I would like to let you know that ..............
