Well, when you show cowardice under fire, what would you expect. They forced through this bill based on the Commerce Clause, and they all knew it was unconstitutional, So the Chief Justice gave them the means to avoid it being made so. But rewriting the law. Which is not within his power if he would have followed the Constitution. Its the Houses preview to write tax laws. And per the Congress, and the White House this was not a tax law. That is how it got passed in the first place. Along with the dishonesty of the Democratic Party, Congress and the White House.

What he fails to realize is that the GOP has been the majority party (population wise) since Slavery was abolished -- Thats how Abraham was elected as at the time the GOP was very, VERY new and one presidential canadate already shot down in the GOP. But during the Lincoln campaign, the GOP rose to a dominate 42% of the population and has held a steady 52% since the reconstruction era.

Our problem now is a slovenly and lazy population within our country who are perfectly happy to take all the freebies that it takes to buy their votes. What's the quote? As soon as the electorate discovers they can vote entitlements for themselves, the republic is over. We have reached the breaking point, so unless that 3% gets angry enough to appear more like 30% we may be "over" as a nation.

Its called Complacency, and Political Correctness. So many bitch about it, but don't have the internal fortitude to act upon it. We need to stand up as Americans, and not hyphenated Americans and defeat the evils of the Democrats once and for all. That takes intention, guts and knowledge of the truth. Not kowtowing to any of them because you want to go along to get along. Way to many of us think that the Government can provide us everything we want in or life. But they all ignore the fact that the government can not and does not do anything without your money and property. It they can't take it in taxes they can't give you what you want. And if you think its the upper class that pays the way, your are sorely mistaken. Its the Middle Class, and sooner or later every Socialist country fails because the middle class ends up being the Lower Class. And the government ends up being broke. Don't you people see what is happening in all the socialist countries right now, one after the other is failing because of their socialist policies.

The Liberal Progressive mantra does not have room for failure unless it's someone else's fault.

This is true, but unless they return to their conservative roots, and stand up and be counted. As in let their voices be heard, and vote they will still be tread on by the Democrats.
