We know obama's E.O.s are bad news, but is E.O. 13575 the most devestating to our American way of life? According to a pro-choice democrat - yes!

Check out the website: Democrats against Agenda 21 - Guess they won't be voting for obama.

http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/

On June 9th, 2011, President Obama signed his 86th executive order. From The Blaze:[2]

President Obama’s E.O. 13575 is designed to begin taking control over almost all aspects of the lives of 16% of the American people. Why didn’t we notice it? Weinergate. In the middle of the Anthony Weiner scandal, as the press and most of the American people were distracted, President Obama created something called “The White House Rural Council” (WHRC).

Section One of 13575 states the following:

Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present enormous economic potential. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands.

“Sustainable Rural Communities” are code words for the UN plan for Sustainable Development known as Agenda 21. This executive order shows that the government is planning to take full control of food, fiber and energy. They also intend to fully control economic growth, health care and education. Also from The Blaze:

The new White House Rural Council will probably be populated by experts in the various fields that might prove helpful to the folks who live and work outside of large urban areas, right? Well, Tom Vilsack, the current Secretary of Agriculture, will chair the group, but let us review the list of members appointed to serve on this new council – according to the order, the heads of the following groups have been appointed:

It appears that not a single department in the federal government was excluded from the new White House Rural Council, and the wild card option in number 25 gives the president and the agriculture secretary the option to designate anyone to serve on this powerful council.

Executive Order #13575 - —Establishment of the White House Rural Council

On June 9th, 2011, President Obama signed executive order 13575 for the Establishment of the White House Rural Council.

This immediately caught the attention of conspiracy theorists, who portrayed it as a "land grab" - somehow the council was supposed to take land away from rural farmers as part of a UN program galled "Agenda 21". Some versions of this theory were quite extreme:

    http://govtslaves.info/2011/0...

Myth: This council can be viewed as nothing less than the establishment of a domestic terrorism group which will orchestrate the coming assault on private agricultural property owners in an effort to force them off their land and out of production. There was an effort during the Reagan presidency to launch a similar assault on individual owners of agricultural land which would have displaced more than 2 million people, handing their land over to others who were more amenable to the government and UN control.

Fact: The actual executive order gives the council no powers, it's basically just a bringing together of 24 different departments so they can focus on an area of common interest. It changes no laws, and the council appears to have no powers other than to get people talking to each other.

What seems to be suspicious to the conspiracy theorists is the large number of different government departments on the council - and this is portrayed as somehow creating a huge expensive government bureaucracy.

    http://americanpolicy.org/exe...

Myth: The Obama Administration has issued an Executive Order that creates massive top-down control of our nation’s rural areas. It will create a massive bureaucracy overseen by 25 Cabinet Secretaries who will be joined by a hoard of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) self-proclaimed “stakeholders,” and other special interest who stand to gain power and wealth.

    http://ppjg.wordpress.com/201...

This really just demonstrates a misunderstanding of what White House Councils are for. This is best illustrated by comparing it to another council, the White House Council on Women and Girls. Here are the two relevant press releases, with the text of the executive orders.

    http://www.whitehouse.gov/the...
    http://www.whitehouse.gov/the...

Fact: Note that they use the same boilerplate text. Both were created by executive order. They both have the same list of 25 government departments. They both have the same basic mission (coordinating departments), and the same general provisions, which essentially say the council has no authority over existing departments.

The truth is that these councils are nothing special. There's plenty of them, and all with the same long list of members, because it's basically a mechanism to coordinate policy effectively across all departments.

    http://www.whitehouse.gov/the...

The problem here is that people are comparing the Rural Council to something like the Council of Economic Advisers, or even the National Security Council, instead of what it more closely resembles in terms of actual power: The Council on Women and Girls.

Most of Obama's legislation signed has hidden agenda 21 councils and takeovers included. His executive orders set up the councils, the president is the HEAD of the councils. It may be too late... if not he has got to be voted out or we are done for. People have GOT to get involved. At the very least WATCH and comprehend this video posted above.

    IT IS VERY IMPORTANT

I have been against Agenda 21 since it's signing in 1991. Yes, we are 20 years into this. GHWB, Clinton, Bush Jr. and Obama are complicit in this.

The day after the EO was signed, the Obama Administration cancelled the EB5 Program for the city of Victorville, CA, which brings business to this area. Interestingly, how it got buried in the Anthony Wieiner scandal...that wasn't planned at all, was it?

Agenda 21 was never approved by the United States. Obama is doing this without that approval and has been burying laws to enable it throughout all of his legislation. Healthcare, Stimulus... every single bill has something .. and it is hard to find, some innocuous council appointed by president to do some seemingly simple thing. That simple thing is setting up and enforcing Agenda 21, complete government control of all of us.

Yep. Bush 1 was the one who delivered the New World Order speech, which was the United State's introduction to this whole mess. While it was never ratified or even discussed by Congress, America's participation is the result of George Bush signing Agenda 21 at the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio, and the current administration's desire to implement its objectives.

And here is where we are in it's implementation:

This is old, but with Obama's recent EO activity, bound to be seen a lot again.

There's little point in making a big stink about EOs 10000 to 15000, since Obama's first EO is numbered 13489, and the last one listed is 13632. Going back, Bush 2's first was 13198, Clinton's first was 12384 and Bush 1's was 12668. In fact, EO 10000 goes back to Harry Truman. There are no Executive orders past 13700 (13632 was issued in December for the Hurricane Sandy Rebuild Force), so there's 13000 EOs you cite which clearly are not eye openers.

There was a big stink made a short while ago about a series of EOs that were designed to hand Obama all the power in the country in time of "National Emergency"... numbered between 10990 and 11005. The article pointed at Obama's 13603, which built on the previous set (so the article claimed) to give Obama supreme power, then pointed out that we have been in a state of National Emergency constantly since GW Bush and 9/11. Only thing is... EOs 10990 to 11005 were all issued by JFK and have not been in effect for decades. And without that toothy backing, Obama's EO 13603 is just another laughable "If something happens, we're going to have a study" losers.

So please be careful when people start shouting EO this and EO that. Look 'em up (http://www.archives.gov...

Obama can shove his EO. "The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands." Expanding capital for private investment is NOT an enumerated power of the federal government. Apart from coinage, defense, treaties, and mediating disputes between states, the feds have no Constitutional powers. All of DC could fit in a shoebox if it obeyed the Tenth Amendment. The feds were intended by our Founders to be a provider of a TINY set of critical SERVICES, not RULES, that the states and people could not provide for themsleves. At present, federal spending sucks up 25% of GNP; it was 2% in Washington's day. The only solution is to starve the feds into compliance - pass a Constitutional Amendment limiting federal spending to perhaps 5-10% of GNP, or less. The regulatory state would disappear overnight, because the feds would have no funds to enforce it. And all of Obama's transnationalist dreams in conjunction with the UN would vaporize, because the US would not be able to fund the initiatives, and nobody else has the funds to fill the vacuum. If capital is needed for some initiative, let a private investor voluntarily provide cash in hope of a return. This is the job of business, not government.
