You betcha.... Shooting a cop also shows no respect for authority and at 15 his core values are established.
I'll assume this is the St. Louis case we are talking about.
Here is the tricky one... this arrest came barely a month after a 12-year-old boy was accused of fatally stabbing a 13-year-old girl in St. Louis.
What is the difference? Both show grotesque disregard for human life.
We had a young police officer shot and killed here last week by a 15 year old.Should this juvenile be tried as an adult?

+4This was such a waste .The police officer was very involved in the community.He was a good example of what a young person can acheive even when you where brought up in a rough neighborhood .He went back to this same place as a police officer to try to make a difference.reply
