I'm just a little confused considering that it appears that AT LEAST every other topic/poll has AT LEAST one of these sort of things in them... and nothing usually is done about it... Hmmm...

Yes I have noticed that too. Many so called violations are ignored. I think it is just if someone complains about it then it can be sited as a violation.

Eh where did you get the definitions? Are you talking about on SH specifically?

Does it say anywhere "any user who abuses another user will get banned"?

yeah I had someone say something really mean to me ealier, he was saying how gay people can't have kids and i mentioned how my dad is gay, and he said "And that is exactly why they shouldn't you turned out bi" Maybe that isn't *that* bad... but I dunno.
