Read the book of John and in his own words Jesus will tell you who he is. The world crucified him then and the secular world today rejects him. He died so that you would have life.

I agree that "no one claimed the poisonous fruits of Christianity are the fruits of compassion," my friend. My "he" and your "the myth" are interchangeable to me. I chose "he" only because it is the pronoun you used in your poll.

You've done it again! I'm not sure how but you managed to look like a fool once again!

Lets look at a simple definition of a "Christian" and it becomes quite clear that you chose an illogical, mindless, socially retarded approach! It always amazes me how uneducated and unintelligent individuals always manage to put this fact on display for all to see! They never seem to learn .... lol... but that's nothing new, IS IT?

"5. Showing a loving concern for others; humane"

Who are we to determine what of ones actions are humane or done out of a loving concern for others? More appropriately, who are you to make this determination? Clearly you don't believe in God and therefore have no way to account for anything that is not physical, observable or scientifically proven. In other words, your position doesn't allow for your assertion.

There are approximately 2,257,367,311 Christians alive today. Like anything else, there are going to be instances where self proclaimed adherents of Christianity prove their personal proclamation false. Unfortunately, there are those out there who try to use the actions of these "bad examples" to discredit the "good examples".

It seems YOU are guilty of the same behavior you condemn!

"“Hypocrisy, the lie, is the true sister of evil, intolerance, and cruelty.”

Who are we? We are Gods creation, who he gave the ability to reason right from wrong and good from evil so that free will could do his will and so all men/women are not forced to live faithful to him.
Who are we? We are God's children, loved unconditionally and forgiven by his grace and sacrifice!
Who are we? We are God's mouthpiece to the world. He purposed it this way, for his will to be done, not by force but by choice.
Who are we? We are a moment in time and nothing by mans standards, but to God we are all individually and specially made. We are the most important to him! We are HIS! Why not give him the glory for who you are?

Jesus was a Jewish carpenter, the son of GOD, was killed on Passover and rose from the dead 3 days later. He did not come to change the law but to fulfill the law. He is the only founder of a religion who is not dead.

Jesus was a jew. The Catholic church was formed by his apostles after his death to continue on his teachings and ministries. The Jewish faith is not traditionally considered Christian, Judaism is a category of it's own.

    yeah Jesus never condemned anyone

Jesus says that he has come to destroy families by making family members hate each other. He has “come not to send peace, but a sword.” Matthew 10:34

Jesus says, “Don’t imagine that I came to bring peace on earth! No, rather a sword lf you love your father, mother, sister, brother, more than me, you are not worthy of being mine. “The real beauty of this verse is that Jesus demands people truly love him more then they love their own family. I ask you how can we love someone that we can not see or interact with? Love is an emotion pertaining to physical existence not to faithful ideologies, yet God threatens you with Death just because your love for your mother maybe stronger than your love for him. Matthew 10:34

Families will be torn apart because of Jesus. “Brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death." Matthew 10:21

Jesus strongly approves of the law and the prophets. He hasn’t the slightest objection to the cruelties of the Old Testament. Matthew 5:17
