    I lived a block away from the Reagan Library, and though I didn't think Reagan was very good as a President, every time I visit his library I am filled with pride and in awe of who this man was.
    We don't have to agrsee with someones politics to show respect for the man and the office he held.

    At some point in the not too distant future the presidential portrait of Barack Obama will be hanging in the White House. How many middle fingers do you think it will see? It won't be cool then and flipping off Reagan is not cool now. I don't care what the reasons are. Respect for the office of the presidency. Period.

    Maybe I should not say this, but what would you expect, President Obama returned and shipped the bust of Sir Winston Churchill that was gifted to the U.S. back to England. One of his first duties when he entered the White House. I'm not sure why, except for maybe the way his father was treated???

    His father was treated just fine. Barack Obama Sr. (1936–1982) was educated in the U. S. and went on to be a government economist in Kenya. His grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama, was a mission cook who joined the King's African Rifles during World War I. In 1949, Onyango spent at least 6 months in Kamiti Prison. He was tried on charges of political sedition and membership of a banned organisation. If Obama hates Churchill so much because his grandfather was imprisoned for six months for participating in an insurection, how much will the grandchildren of Guantanimo inmates hate Obama 60 years from now?

    Thanks! Did not know about his grandfather. I don't believe Pres. Obama will think about his actions and the results they will bring, however, I am sure someone somewhere will be remembering.

    They were invited there and they should be very grateful.They should respect the White
    House.It sure made obama look like an ass.After what he did for the Gay's.It showed disrespect for him.But then again that's what kind of people they are.I have no respect for them.It didn't help their cause.
