His party affiliation was with the National Socialist German workers Party. During his reign as Reich Chancellor and as Furher he set into motion many programs that centralized government,redistributed wealth,nationalized banks and industry,regulated pay,controlled media,controlled firearms,youth indoctrination programs and had cabinet members who were concidered "radicals" by many. Sound familiar? Definitely left wing!

And he rallied the masses!

German citizens did get a fair part of the pie ,do some research on the Strength Through Joy Program.This program was for the most part in full swing until the war started going badly for Germany. Also you could read Mein Kampf if you would like to find even more socialistic views.

Hitler actually privatized banks, ship yards, railways etc. That is a historic fact. Hitler has more in common with Reagan than he has with Obama.

I don't know with who you spoke about Hitler before but at least I got detailed knowledge about Hitler and Nationalsozialismus in school..and yeah, naturally as a German I'm interested in such an important part of the German history and therefore I have knowledge. You say that you're German, too...so did you grow up in Germany?

does it ring any bells that it was just the name? not every name includes the ideas...they btw thought of themselves as right-wing party and the socialist parties were for a while forbidden under Hitler, members got arrested and killed. "national socialism" is completely different from "socialism" and it's really not my prob that you don't know enough about it....go and actually read sth about the German history instead of throwing names around without knowing the facts behind them.

yes I am...but I don't see why I have to be the teacher for adult people that should know already everything about it....go and educate yourself...and while doing so, also keep an eye on your spelling and grammar skills, also they need improvement
