WaPo's Milbank: Even WH Believes Obama Can Lose

snipe 2012/06/13 14:05:11
Ineptness will always surface in the end.

“Job growth has stalled, the Democrats have been humiliated in Wisconsin,
the attorney general is facing a contempt-of-Congress citation, talks with
Pakistan have broken down, Bill Clinton is contradicting Obama, Mitt Romney is
out-raising him, Democrats and Republicans alike are complaining about a
‘cascade’ of national-security leaks from his administration, and he is now on
record as saying that the ‘private sector is doing fine,’” the columnist points
out.

“In Washington, there is a creeping sense that the bottom has fallen out
and that there may be no second term,” Milbank writes. “Privately, senior Obama
advisers say they are no longer expecting much economic improvement before the
election.”

Improvement in the private sector will NOT happen under 0vomit because he is dead set against it happening. I hope the majority of DC grows some big ones and throw 0vomit out!

In a likely voters poll, Bammble is 44% Mittens is at 48%. O'Bumlbes seems to be slipping with the final thought that he can out do Howard Dean.....

Maybe he is the reason that Romney shot up in the pols. Dean is a total wacko liberal who may be wasting his medical talents on politics.

I think James Carville tried to throw the Obama campaign a lifeline. He told them what was wrong and he told them what could be done. The problem is that the Obamites consider Carville as outdated and not part of the hip crowd. I think Carville holds no love for Obama, but does it because of the DNC. I also think he blames Obama for delaying help for the Gulf oil spill. All I know is that the Obama campaign ignores that wily old Cajun at their peril because he has said all he's going to say and he's content to watch Obama go down in flame.

Carville is a Clinton Democrat but I agree with you.. I think that ALL of the Democrats that have come out and said things critical of this administration were trying to help Obama..

The problem IS,, One can get USED to villifying everybody that one disagrees with and sometimes it just comes out as an instinctive reaction..

Obama has NEVER been one who accepts being opposed.. He comes from a life where accusing someone of racism usually ends any argument.. He even tried this with the CLintons during the 2008 primaries and it backfired..

He's not likely to change any time soon either..

    He's vulnerable.

The economy is the most important issue in this election. It seems to be weakening rather than growing stronger & he's damn near out of time to get it going. It takes time for economy to ramp up. If he wants to win, he needs to get it going in 3-2-1...

Do you think Obama would step aside if he thought he couldn't win?
