Wanted an Attorney General who actually believes in Justice

KCurtis 2012/04/11 00:22:28
Obama's hand picked Attorney General, Eric Holder seems to ignore justice. Time and again we see the Department of Injustice continue in it's quest to ensure that justice is not served. First it was ignoring the New Black Panthers voter intimidation case. There were several DOJ whistle blowers who came forward under the threat of losing their jobs for telling the truth about the case.

"With great courage and investigative skill, this former Department of
Justice attorney single-handedly exposes how Barack Obama and Eric
Holder have systematically perverted the rule of law—for patently
unjust, un-American, race-based ends, Christian Adams witnessed first-hand the hijacking of the DOJ by radical
leftist ideologues and interest groups. Now he reveals everything: the
full story of Holder’s coddling of New Black Panther Party poll thugs,
corruption run amok in the Civil Rights Division, open borders
advocacy, selective law enforcement, and much more. If you care about
justice for all, Injustice is hands-down the most important book you’ll read this year.”

Then Fast and Furious a failed attempt at ending the Second Amendment by creating a dangerous situation and letting thousands of semi-automatic weapons get into the hands of drug cartels. Once again Holder refuses to acknowledge his crimes even after a young border control agent was gunned down, shot in the back with one of the guns delivered at the hands of the Department of Injustice.

Now while the special prosecutor in the Trayvon Martin case has already determined no grand jury hearing will take place, and the case hangs in the air; the New Black Panther party has put a bounty on an uncharged citizen offering a $10000 reward on the alleged shooter Zimmerman's head. Holder has been accused of failing to charge members of a radical African American group that
placed a $10,000 bounty on the head of Trayvon Martin’s shooter because
of his race.

A letter sent from a member of George Zimmerman’s family to Holder — who
is black — said, “I would surmise that, based on your own definition of
a hate crime, you have chosen not to arrest these individuals based
solely on your race. There is no other explanation.”

Justice is supposed to be blind Mr. Holder, not stupid or bigoted.

It certainly is not in this admistration. It seems like many didn't pay taxes, many do not follow the law and more importantly...no leadrship. They are running amuck and very rudderless.

    >First it was ignoring the New Black Panthers voter intimidation case.

First, it happened during the Bush administration (you know, the President is still President until January of the next year), and they dropped it.

Second, Eric didn't start until the next February. Oh, I forgot, Conservatives expect others to clean their messes and whine when it isn't done over night. Wahhh, Eric, fix this problem now!!!!

Third, obsess much over what happened over three years ago? Oh that's right, Faux played that loop over and over again to drive their agenda into your heads.

    Case closed.

Not only that, there WAS no intimidation, nothing happened! Some black panther members stood outside a polling place, that's it! What is there to prosecute or investigate? During Obama's presidential campaign in 2008 there were a number of instances when conservatives showed up at his rallys with guns and they claimed to be exercising their 2nd amendment rights. THEY were never prosecuted, yet right wingers want the black panthers prosecuted for doing basically the same thing and they didnt even have guns!

It is intimidating when you have black men in uniform slapping night sticks in their hands and telling people who they better vote for.

... but its not intimidating when you have white men with guns showing up at a political rally and white politicians talking about 2nd amendment remedies? For you, a black man with a night stick is more initimidating than a white man with a gun?

The 2nd amendment guarantees me the right to bear arms. The men you are talking about were not threatening anybody and were not standing outside a polling place threatening people and telling people they couldn't vote there.

Of course the 2nd amendment gives you that RIGHT. The issue isn't about rights, since black panthers also have the RIGHT to carry nightsticks. The issue is about intimidation - for some reason you believe a black man with a nightstick is more intimidating than a white man with a gun.

Like I say only when the black man threatens voters at a polling place which the BP's did. They don't intimidate me, threaten me w/ your silly little nightstick and I'll shoot your ass.
  • Xerxes firelooker 2012/04/11 15:53:08

See, you weren't intimidated, and neither was anyone else, which is why Holder declined to prosecute - because no one was intimidated.

LOL what does that have to do with the terroristic threats toward Zimmerman in the press lately?

It is kind of funny how that is the only one (BPP at the polls) y'all seem to be reading here. Fast and furious? Announcing a bounty on a person?

Second best thing that could happen for the American people is for Eric Holder to be gone. First, is Obama. Get rid of them both and everyone backing them in the WH. FUMAGATE it. Clear it of ALL bugs, because I'm sure it has been bugged all through. And Clean it thoroughly for the next crew. Sounds like a plan, to me!!!

Seems Holder now applies the dogma of Black Liberation Theology that past discrimination of the black race justifies anarchy when it comes to black on white crime.

This clearly defines him as a bigot and in violation of the Constitution Equal Protection Clause of which he is sworn to uphold...

And Mr Z is getting ZERO justice. In an exactly reverse situation, the black community would be SCREAMING for everyone to wait for the FACTS. interesting they don't WANT facts in this case, AND they incorrectly labeled Z a "white" man, when he is admittedly hispanic.

The only way you're going to get that is to change the President.

But maybe I'd like to have the Electoral College choose the AG separately and apart from the Prez and VP. Then he would be truly independent. Lots of States do it that way.

"New Black Panthers voter intimidation case" - No one was intimidated, no one was prevented from voting, not one person complained about being intimidated or not being able to vote.
"Fast and Furious" - a program began under G. W. Bush and stopped by Obama.
