I will say this ONE more time to you.....The PHOTO ID is FREE. It does not cost anything, the only thing that is required is another form of identification when the person applies for the picture. Have a phone bill w/ your address on it? Your SS card? Guess what?!? You can get the ID.
It is not an infringement on a persons right to vote (which is only given to living CITIZENS of the United States) to ask people to show an ID. The person makes a decision of choosing to vote. If they have enough time to go to the polls (during the day), then they have enough time on a Sat. to run down to the BMV and show them that they are a citizen of the U.S and get a picture taken of themselves....

When acquiring an ID or renewing one for the purpose of voting is a financial hardship, that is a POLL TAX. It is unconstitutional. Financial hardships affect a disproportionate number of minorities and women, so not only is it racist, but sexist as well, to impose fees OF ANY KIND in order to vote.
