When Americans think "illegal immigration", they think of people from central and south America. And the kids did not commit the "crime," their parents did. Would you ever claim that a robber's children should be sent to prison because of what their dad did?

A president can not write and enact lawful laws thru executive orders.

A Secretary of a department can not write and enact lawful laws thru policy directives.

The administration and INS took a look and found that in cases of immigrants brought here as children, almost all were already getting such relief. But it is a slow and expensive process, which the President's order has now eliminated. Saving taxpayers money.

Congress needs to make their own declaration- Declaring Obama's declaration of selective enforcement and unequal protection under the law Un-Constitutional.

Congress doing nothing to stop Obama is a serious problem. They let him get away with appointing a consumer watchdog czar when he didn't have the authority to do it and I suspect they won't do anything to stop his amnesty declaration either. Unchecked power is a very dangerous thing.

A law was passed creating a consumer watchdog agency. President Obama tried to nominate his top choice for the agency, but backed off when Republicans vowed to block her appointment. Then he nominated someone else, but Republicans are blocking that too. They have vowed to block everyone he tries to appoint, because they do not want the agency to be able to function. They owe their allegiance to the corporations that the agency was created to reign in. What was the president supposed to do?

No, of course not. However that doesn't change the circumstances of their unfortunate situations. We can't sacrifice our children's futures to accommodate theirs. Our own children don't get in state tuition at a state university if they aren't legal residents of that state, but an illegal alien does? We are going to give them our tax dollars when their parents haven't paid any? How can you be a nation of laws when you constantly make excuses for those who don't follow them? All we're doing is rewarding them for their illegal behavior and there will be millions more to come to take advantage of the situation.

Why do they deserve to butt in line above other young adults in other countries who would love to have the opportunity to come here? Many if far worse situations in their countries than those of Mexico. What we're doing is giving Mexicans preferential treatment.

If I broke another countries immigratioñ law, and dragged along my children or had a 1/2 doz while I was crimanally in said country, I would expect to be deported along with my kids, not rewarded. Of course I have a sense of what justice is supposed to be. Illegal immigration has caused social and fiscal anarchy. You can also bet your last dollar their nubers will excede the million climed and the Vast majority will hold allegiance to their parents countries. While we're at it, lets end the suicidal practice of allowing one million legal immigrants every year.
