Soviet Russia was the least racist nation in the world at the time. There is no way I would want to live in modern day Russia but if they resurrect the Soviet Union and get things back on track I would be glad to live there.

Although it is of no fault of theirs, I still think they should be deported along with the parents... the parents were here illegally and are criminals. There should be a law that if you are here illegally and you have a baby, the baby is considered illegal as well.

Constitution as amended, forever withholds the right of citizenship in the case of accidental birth of a child belonging to foreign parents within the limits of the country.

The provision is that, ‘all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.' Key wording is Subject to the Jurisdiction Thereof.

An Illegal Alien number 1 is a Felon making him/her ineligible for Citizenship and number 2 is " subject to the jurisdiction thereof ", that being his/her home country, you know Mexico or similar. Child born here would by default be a Citizen of parents home country and also, a Illegal Alien in the USA.
