That's just sad. The ONLY way I could see someone doing this is if they had their 4-way flashers going, horn-honking, and they were rushing someone to the ER for a life-threatening emergency. She looked like she was just lazy. At least she was caught and no one injured.
I've never been a fan of photo radar, but after this, every school bus should have cameras mounted front and rear to catch these idiots. This is beyond a simple "I'm late and I need to get somewhere in a hurry." This is an all out act of defiance. She's literally sayhing "F-You, I'm more important than you and I know better!" I know people like this. Used to work with them. These are the kinds of people (regardless of gender) who get a free backhand to the face from me.
