Vibrating Tattoos: Wonderful or Wacky?

According to the Wall Street Journal, someone has filed a patent for "vibrating tattoos." And it wasn't just anyone -- the patent was filed by Nokia. What use could one have for a so-called vibrating tattoo, you ask? That's not 100 percent clear yet, but it's not as aimless as it sounds. The tattoo would vibrate when the wearer received a text, phone call, or e-mail. (Yes, people. It's happening.)

Unwired View describes the innovation in detail: "The tattoo would be applied using ferromagnetic inks. The ink material would first be exposed to high temperatures to demagnetize it. Then the tattoo would be applied. You'll apparently be able to choose the actual image you want as the tattoo. The procedure is identical to that of getting a 'normal' tattoo -- only the ink is special." Do you think the idea of a vibrating tattoo -- and the fact that we're so close to it -- is wonderful or wacky?

Considering that people are addicted to texts, emails and all that then they probably would love to get a tattoo just incase their in another room.

...but think of the uses for pain management - I can see other reasons for one of those than just cell phones .

People aren't going to notice your ink vibrating. It's so you feel it, not so they hear it. Stupid nontheless.

And he passes a law to give to every man, high-ranking or low, rich or poor, lawful resident or inmate, a cattle-brand-like stamp on the right hand or on the forehead...

    Revelation 13:16, retranslated.

The mark of the Beast that your refering to is not a actual mark it is a Day...Deauteronomy 6:8 ...God has his mark an Satan has his......The chips or marks that most people are thinking will be placed on there hand or forhead is only away of tracking you...TEN COMMANDMENTS.......

You might want to look that up again. Actually, the mark in Revelation reads "chi, xi, stigma." Now that *could* mean "six hundred threescore and six." Or it could simply be a new abbreviation for Jesus, meant to be initials for the Greek words for "Christ," "wood," "cross." In short, someone trying to copy Christ.

You might be on to something but let me explain what I was talking about alittle more.......I was talking about the sabbath day.... Jesus kept it even in death...It is the only one of the ten commandments that sets GOD apart from false gods ( REMEMBER the sabbath and keep it holy ( Remember inplys forgot )plus if you believe in God and that he is an all knowing GOD The ALPHA AND OMEGA .Then you know that he does not make mistakes nor does he change his laws to suit us...For everything God does satan does too ONLY his way ....What it all boiles down to is this do it your way or GODs way......Choose you this day in whom will serve....Gods word or mans .....I choose GODs word

True enough: God does not change His operational plans, because He does not have to. But I still suspect that the Johannine Memorandum, called Revelation, is more literal than you suppose.

May be But what if it's not as complex as most people think... I do know that if you study The book of Daniel and the book of Revelation's you cant help but understand all of it alittle better......Thanks for chatting with me.

Actually when I put Daniel and Revelation together, I do get a literal meaning.

The "he" who "will confirm a covenant with the many for one week" is the same as the "beast" (Greek /Therion/, meaning a murderous, ravening monster) of Revelation 13:1-10.

The mark would be placed on the wrist or forehead.

not really the right hand is much better visual site.that and forehead. it is a way to counter the idea that jesus had nails through his hand and not his wrist. if the nails went through his hand they would have ripped out however the bones in your wrist are much stronger and can support the weight.
