Daily Kos, Factcheck, and Snopes -- or how to vet a presidential candidate

Even though the main stream media ignores the Obama birth certificate controversy it still rages on the internet in articles and blogs. Is it extraneous nonsense, conspiracy claptrap and internet hype. Not by a long shot. Here's why.

Because of the Supreme Courts refusal to hear the cases put before them after conferencing them the speculation about Obama's missing documents including his signed birth certificate from the state of Hawaii, the mystery grows, the intrigue is compelling...

    The Three Straws That Break AKA Obama’s Back
    (with a little help from Congress)

    1. There is enough evidence to seek a federal indictment against AKA Obama for Social Security fraud
    2. AKA Obama has admitted that he is not a “Natural Born Citizen” which is a requirement for the Office of President under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution
    3. AKA Obama has never been properly vetted as being born in the United States, and many other aspects of his history have been hidden from the citizens of the United States.
    * * * * * * * * * * *
    Let’s take a closer look at each of these three “straws”:

    Exactly who is supposed to vet whether a candidate meets the qualifications set by the Constitution to be President. The Constitution spells out the requirement, but is mute on the vetting process itself.

    Well some States are now passing laws, finally re-asserting some sovereignty. Arizona passed theirs, but Gov Brewer wouldn't sign it. The bill wasn't well conceived, so I don't blame her.

    I think that the biggest part of the problem is that there is no established process for vetting. Having the States vet individually makes since since it is not a power specifically enumerated to the federal government and there by falls to the states.

    That's why we must sue Obama to prove himself. When we get the order, since he dare not, he'll be jail for contempt... forever.

    In ANY event, BHO is one and done. If not before via impeachment.

    All things being equal, the cost of a gallon of gas by that time approaching $7 or 9 bucks a gallon, will spell the end of BHO politically.

    Till the issue is resolved it will forever reamain a heavy taint. All Mr obama had to do was prove his citizenship...to this day he still refuses, so the question remains. Documentation that is out their is conflicting with rumors that his ssn was is from another state yet that number was never issued, his grant or scolarship for for a foreign born, and well as some other issues.
    You have to wonder why it is that this one man feels so far above the law.
