'US military reins in White House warmongers'

When the Military has to tel the White House to calm down on the war front, you know that the Oval Office has no idea how to run things. Personally, I think this exposes the elitists for what they are: war mongering, soldier killing, oil grabbers who, like other dictators in the past, will just throw people into situations without proper cause or training.

It's done on purpose this way to kill off the useless eaters as the elites call them. So they send off all our boys without the proper training to kill and be killed for population control. None of these wars are for what they say they are. Obama just does what they tell him to do, he couldn't form an intelligent thought if his life depended on it , he has to read it on the teleprompters.

Sadly if we didn't have so much written conformation to what you stated it would seem so far fetched. I feel for those in the military, they truly (most of them) feel they are doing a service for our country. Worse yet, there are many in high places of the military (with evil intent) who actually despise this country and what it stood for.

Busy having sale and painting entire house for land lord only to find that it will not me/us who will be renting entire house,(top bottom ) but a friend of the LL who NOW thinks the house is great! Have to be out by aug 1, lol don't get paid till 4th, no place to go, no money saved because used to fix house, lol I'm in a great place God for a blessing, thank you for the provision in advance. I can't do anything without God, do I know it, BUT I CAN do ALL things THROUGH Christ who strengthens me!!!!

did the landlord tell you they would pay you to paint it? or reimburse you thru rent reduction?

For the paint, the whole yard, the leak in basement, the 2 sets of french doors installed! the basement cleaned and painted, the driveway filled, bath remodel, leaky sink,broken drains,etc etc. I brought that up, and told him, you know I can't give you rent, you gave a discount to the guy upstairs WHO I PICK UP AFTER ALL THE TIME,and doesn't pay you on time! he said he understood, but seems to change his mind more then a bi polar woman, lol HI IRISH!

Because I'm a freak and can't stand to see this beautiful house abused, it cried to me to fix it lol. The guy who is buying it will be here the first, the guy up stairs has till sept he signed a contract. We didn't sign the new contract because he re niged on the first one. The new one said everything we do is a gift anything we put in NOW was his, nice huh, mommy studied law and wrote the "new one" up for him, not cool. If I need to or the deal doesn't' come through like he says, I may have a week or two, but going to give long time friend a proposal on a home he inherited that needs fixing up.

why would you do that??? demand payment since he didn't imply or tell you he planned on selling it. after you "gifted" this repair. there is NO contract if there is no meeting of the minds. did you sign it?

Nothing signed we were on month to month, came in over yr ago when it was up for sale, but I guess we were the only renters they had that paid every month. He told us he was planning to sell, but knew he had to go down in price, but said he was trying to re fi and we would be able to rent whole house for like 1200, only 300 more then we do, we also had girl upstairs who wanted to stay, her share was 300, so it would of been ok, but husband is stuck at job, on call 24 hrs and on salary, not good can't make side work, had to turn down 1000's because he couldn't start and get called off. We were looking to go back to FL so everything was up in the air, really no fault, just crazy life. Both he and his wife are in the service and are trying to get light with all the things tying them down, can't say I blame them, just a thank you, don't' pay the rest of your stay would of been a nice gesture. Sorry I came off as "pissy" or "pity party" above, just tired from all the mental stuff, garage sale,clean, paint house,had 2 funerals, uncle and cousin in the last 5 weeks. Sorry again I re read my comment above it looks kinda pathetic.

not at all,it looks as if you are overwhelmed. i would talk to the landlord and explain your empty pockets on his behalf and see if you can get him to pay you something for your time,effort and parts.

Try talking to him, he darts in and out, he is very soft, if you know what I mean, I could throw him into a tizzy, not good. I'm not going to be able to give him july, so that is 950 back it's better then nothing.

The other tenants always pressured him,(got what they wanted and still owe him over 3ooo$) I call it manipulation when you know you have someone who is lacking in ability to articulate or stand on their own decisions, plus I want to be fair and show him there is a difference of me and them. When it is something done to me that is premeditated then watch out, this I feel was not premeditated at all. He may only "profit" something that will fade away, I profit more by giving then getting,wink. Hopefully he will profit more by learning then material. Everyone seems to profit from my work lol I have to ask God for my recompense people could never pay me enough lol.

LOL well there is s difference in being recompensed for your materials and for making the property more attractive to sell. and if you are broke,you need the funds returned.

200 in cash for the paint and lawn,and I'm sure a few hundreds more over the 2 years, the rest was frugal thinking and recycling stuff, my time would then be what could be recompensed.
I'm not "broke" just don't have a lot of cash flow, I barter very well, budget very well. The problem was mostly because husband was on salary and was not given time to take on side jobs (on call 24 hrs day new company) so we couldn't save anything. We are so far from any side jobs I could take on, like 80 miles one way.

LOL as I was waiting for a reply from you, husband called and told me friends (of over 30 yrs) want us to move into their aunts house, fix it up and pay much lessor rent then asking!. LOL We had a feeling it might go down that way, we took their basement (junk collector) and made the coolest 2 bdrm kitchenette, entertainment area. It's back in the area where I grew up, gas and stuff is a little higher but there is job opportunities, even baby sitting! No neighbors up stairs, I can leave doors open! yippy Now I can visit Aunts and Uncles, cousins who are very dear to me.

Lol We call it answered prayer,:) We both prayed yesterday, we love this family an have always helped each other any way we could over the years, so it was to help them by fixing up this home and we couldn't do that on a hit of miss few days off.
