On June 13, the CBS Evening News devoted a story by David Martin to the Afghanistan death count reaching 2,000, as Martin interviewed a mother of a fallen Marine. CBS was alone. There was no story last week on the Afghanistan death “milestone” on ABC, NBC, the PBS NewsHour – or even on the MSNBC programs found in Nexis, including Rachel “Our Military’s In a Perilous Drift” Maddow.
But the networks were all more aggressive when the 2,000 mark arrived in Iraq on October 25, 2005. The Big Three networks devoted 14 morning and evening news stories to the death toll from October 24 through the end of October, and another 24 anchor briefs or mentions. They used the number to spell “disaster for this White House.”

It totally figures.
You can't stop dictators and terrorists with daisies, rainbows or eloquent words. It takes men, missiles and balls.
We need to defend the free internet like no other media.
Just goes to show ya' can't fool anyone but the fools themselves.
Left to their own devices, people will naturally drift toward freedom and truth and away from oppression and deception. After seeing a wide variety of opinion, people are no longer are satisfied with news that has been filtered through an ideological paper cone.
People have a natural love of God's truth.
The mantra of the left is "the wants of the few outweigh the needs of the many"
The idiots are too stupid to see they are allowing themselves to commit genocide on the future liberals.
I for one am perfectly happy to see them wipe out the possibility of any future liberals in our lifetime.
difference between the surge in Iraq, which was successful, and the surge
in Afghanistan, which has led to the 2000th death, is the Afghan surge itself was
not really an adequate troop surge.
Why aren't we asking why we pulled out and blew any progress we made? A total lost cause and yet another epic fail for Oies!
In fact I'm willing to bet the majority of their viewers are folks just like me fact checking them.

In Obama's first year, August 2009, he made all verterans care center reports CLASSIFIED after two cities, one in PA and one in VA uncovered the horrific conditions of the patients, the facilities and the treatments. The two investigative reports were damning.
Now, no one can investigate how our military is being treated.
God bless the military and save them from their own government.
They pride themselves on that stuff.
Eerily quiet.
Professionalism has long since gone by the boards.
The MSM is a mouthpiece for liberal/progressive opinion and propaganda.
