The news coverage, and more importantly lack of release of some coverage suggests the opposite.

Social media is very topical and easy to digest. The 0 camp has been into social media for a reason; it is topical and easy to understand and that is all that is needed to persuade voters.

Scary that there are undecided voters. They are likely to be influenced by twitters and by media playing some kind of gotcha game. What is even worse is how the mass propaganda media is in with obama like the political prostitutes they are.

There are stories that the elite or the so called "smart" business people, who know that Obama is going to take their wealth only vote for him because he is part of the popular democrat elite, and they want to be called "smart" popular elite. ("smart" pseudo-intellectual)

Some people can'r think for themselves and have to listen to other people to tell them what to do. Have you ever watched TV shows like "Lets Make a Deal. Price is Right, Deal or No Deal? These contestants real people cannot make a decision on the their own, need help from people that are just like them. Yes it is DUMB and Scary.

They will fall for anything. Thank goodness the number of uninformed is relatively low this time around. 2010 shall be repeated in November =)

Not very scary: Social media tells you what your friends are thinking. If they have the same demographics that you do, there is a high probability that you end up voting the way they do -- for the same reason. In cases like this, social media is not the cause. Was it really any different in the low-tech days of talking in person and using a telephone?

At least with social media, you know in advance that you are watching your friends' political opinions. Whether or not you agree with your friends, we all know there is a world beyond social media where other opinions and facts can be found.

Slightly more scary: The partisan model employed by nearly all of the news media. I wonder about people who watch MSNBC or Fox without understanding how stories are selected for broadcast, What happens to stories that don't suit the broadcaster's agenda?

Most scary of all: The lack of critical thinking displayed by typical voters. How many of those political attack ads make sense? If an incumbent is full of promises, how did they get through an entire term without delivering? If a challenger offers the moon and the stars, what are the chances of getting bipartisan support?

Very scary, but, unfortunately, par for the course. Please stop and take a look at what's going on around the country and around the world. We need new leadership; period.

Please vote smart in November.

Isn't that what happened in 2008. A completely unknown quantity is elected with the mantras of "Hope and Change", "Speaking Truth to Power", and the "Politics of Meaning"; all rolled into one giant Cult of Personality.

If Americans are willing to put the incumbents back in congress, then the president deserves another to be able to show he can at least do better than bush did in his eight years, and keep us from the willies four more years by not putting another republican in office. there the only news channel that gives both sides of story. I use to watch abc news every night until i seen how bias they became along with nbc, cbs, cnn, and msnbc. Its funny fox news has the highest ratings of all networks put together
