UFO spotted in Jersey! Do you believe in UFO's?

On my way to work this morning i was listening to my morning news station. One of the news reports had to do with an actual UFO spotted in new jersey! I couldnt believe it! I thought maybe it was a news teaser or something but it turned out to be a true report. It was seen by a bunch of witnesses and one person actually videotaped it. Now of course it could be a hoax or a natural phenomenon....but i felt like a kid all over again. Wow! A UFO report on longisland!!? Cool!
What do you guys think? Is it possible to have life on other planets? I say hell yeah!

    Earth is the only planet capable of supporting life. No other planet discovered by scientists is capable of doing so. Now, the universe is an infinite space, but the chances of another planet supporting life is unlikely.

    As a citizen alien from the planet Mongo I can categorically attest to the fact that life exsists on other planets. We are running out of dark meat to eat on our planet so we plan to first eat your humans on the African continent. They are an intelligent and tasty delicacy back home!

    I think it's quite probable that there is life on other planets. I don't really have an opinion about whether they've been here or not though.

    1) I do, but . . . not in Jersey.

    2) I think it's a bit conceited of us to believe that in all of the universe, all the galaxies, all the planets, we're the only planet with life. What are the chances?

    I live in New Jersey and it would be very difficult if not impossible for them to find a parking space but if they did hope they brought lots of money with them!!!

    Sure there could be life elsewhere in the universe. We cannot be so self involved that we think that our planet was the only one in the ENTIRE UNIVERSE with life! That is terribly naive of us, don't you think? I would hate to think that we are really all alone and that there is nothing else out there that could be considered life!!

    I believe there is life on other planets, but I don't believe in UFO's! They would have to travel how many light years to get here. And then decide, "lets just do a fly bye"!

    I've been into ufo's / the unexplained since i was a young child.
    It was because of two great shows : "....in search of " & "Nova.

    I think it's pretty arrogant to think that Earth is the only populated planet in the entire universe. As for UFO sightings, I don't know what to think because I wonder why they would be interested in us. I wish I could see a UFO.

    I don't know about the UFO part of it......space travel is extremely dangerous.....and I feel that if they did travel all the way from where ever they came from, they would have better things to do then mess with peoples heads and make crop circles...but thats just me!

    I think that it is more likely military then alien.......we don't know what our government is doing behind closed doors...and it's not like they are honest with the American public anyway!

    I agree!

    Back in the late 70's early 80's it was still kinda taboo to say you believed in ufo's. It was also still creepy to talk about them. I remember back in 1996 i went into this head shop and there was a poster showing an alien smoking a joint with the caption: take me to your dealer.
    That's when i knew ufo's were way too accepted! LOL!
