President Obama used the acronym "BFD" on BarackObama's official Twitter account. This acronym refers to a four-letter word that the FCC bans from broadcast as inappropriate language. The president used the acronym in a reference to Vice President Joe Biden's accidental comment caught on mic, "This is a Big F*#!'** Deal" in reference to Obama's Affordable Care Act in March.

Presidential class took a huge hit with Clinton and it has all but been wiped away by Obama.

The guy is a total dickweed.......and no, I never claimed to have any class but I am not the president either.

If you worked in the business world as my husband does you would realize professional people do not use that word.
BTW..I do not work outside the home as my husband makes enough to comfortably take care of both of us. Why would I get a job when I don't need one? There aren't enough jobs for people who do. Therefore, I don't have a manager.

It is inappropriate but not the big deal everyone is making out to be.
For a guy who as a public figure is in the appearance business, it's poor form and he should know better. It's respect tarnishing.

The exquiste irony of this how many of the negative comments below are riddled with these text message type abbreviations for equally offending words. Way to go!

Because America is based on certain values, not that it's ok to teach kids how to be gay or that some crimes, like illegally crossing borders, are acceptible and should be rewarded. Damn. What we need is a good old-fashioned purge, McCarthy style...
