Where is Truman when you need him, he sent the illegals back home when jobs were tough to get for legal Americans. I was robbed by illegals so I guess you know how I feel about them. I wish they would go back home to wherever they came from.

If we have to deal with PC lunacy we could call illegal aliens 'foreign invaders', I don't think the PC liberals would like that any better and I don't care, you call a 'spade' a 'spade'.

And saying that an illegal immigrant who has been here 20 years but has committed no further criminal acts a "law abiding illegal immigrant" is like saying that someone should be allowed one free murder in their lifetime. "A law abiding murderer", yeah, that makes sense.

Criminal is criminal, and illegal is illegal. I guess a guy who has his drivers lic. pulled for too many DUIs is just an undocumented driver. LOL Or, that guy at Sandy Hook was just an undocumented gun holder.

An immigrant by definition is here by invitation. There is no such thing as an uninvited or undoccumented immigrant.

Yes there is; there are procedures and documentation that must be done for a person to be here legally.

by definition an immigrant is welcomed into the country a person that is here illegally was not welcomed therefore they are not an immigrant. There are illegal aliens but not illegal immigrants.

WHy people defend criminals is beyond comprehension. I do support faster legal immigration. If we weren't all over the world killing people, we could defend our borders and still have enough money to process the good people that want to come here legally.

Those drug dealers don't have a degree in medicine. If they did they wouldn't be busy selling illegal drugs.

Undocumented means without legal paperwork/record. Immigrant means you have settled in a country that is not native to you. This is the origin of the term "undocumented immigrant, but according to USCIS, the correct term is "Undocumented Alien".

I know a pharmacist that was busted for dealing drugs. He was called an illegal drug dealer. Criminals are criminals. Illegal invasion of our soild does not count as "settleing".

Pharmacists that sell illegal drugs exist, no one has questioned that. They are illegally dealing restricted drugs--hence a criminal offense. That has nothing to do with the majority of those who sell illegal drugs.

Unlicensed pharmacists do exist, as it does in many countries with little oversight. Are they "dealing drugs"/in a pharmacy? Yes. Are they unlicensed? Yes. Does this describe the vast majority of people we refer to as "drug dealers"? No.

Invasion? That is an interesting term to use. I find it interesting that we can criticize a term used towards a group, while also using a term against said group that can also be criticized.

A pharmacist is a pharmacist because he has a license. An immigrant is an immigrant because they are welcomed. A drug dealer doesn't have a license and an illegal alien doesn't have a welcome.

Well, there is sort of a connection here. It was Ronald Reagan who first call them "undocumented workers" as they came to California's farm fields. That
certainly was a proper description as they came to work, not loaf, not stand
around watching other work as so many others did. Every morning at around
4 a.m. the buses loaded south of the border and began the 1-3 hour trip to the
fields, to return after ten hours in the fields.
