I found out it wasn't exclusive to where I lived as a kid, studied other 'Christian' religions and many other denominations such as Hebrew, Hindi, Buddhist ... etc. and finally came to the conclusion that it has more to do with geography and demographics than anything else.
Is the Bible factual?.... No Is it a book of lessons on how to live ones life? ....Yes Is it the only way to acknowledge a higher power? .... Certainly not
