An honest liberal? Former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell criticized Obama’s extreme campaign tactics, saying that he went too far with the felony nonsense.

I think they went too far with hope and change that man should never have been elected president he should not even have been allowed to run. I said it for years ago I'm saying it now.. 4 more years of that man and there will be no country.

Rendell understands that liars do not win votes and Rendell understand business. Bain Capital is NOT a public corporation and therefore does not have exactly the same regulations as public companies do; that being said when the SEC filings were done Romney was listed as CEO and his status was listed as "inactive" or "passive" which is completely legal. That is also true of disclosure forms - He left there in 2/1999 and was not actively involved in the company past that time. This is simple stuff, and very simple to understand if one knows the tiniest bit about business -
