    All TAXES must be approved by majority of Congress.
    The Supreme Court stated this is a TAX.
    What Barry says is irrelevant.

    This makes me angry, its such a waste of time and tax payer dollars. Why there isn't an outrage over this I don't know. If they want to repel it, at least wait until they know they have a chance. This is just a sad case of showmanship.
