Face it, while Obama had some very passionate supporters (I am one), there were just as many people running away FROM the Republicans and the conservative movement to vote them out of office.
...and given the level of coverage of the Reverend Wright issue, particularly around the critical Pennsylvania primary just illustrates just how much the media wasn't pushing the Obama candidacy.
I also agree with you on the limitations of the commercial media. There are just some things that are too important to be left completely to market forces.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The cats in Washington have become too powerful and no longer think of the greater good.
Fair? Balanced? It's the one that bring religion because it's a last resort in a losing debate! It's the one that mistreats the guests paid to talk to the bastards! How is this fair and balanced?
I watch CNN for Lou Dobbs only. I heard that he may go to FNC.
Since when has his plan helped the "slum lords" go against the poor.
2. "allowing one of the slum lords to purchase him a million dollar home"
This was when he was elected into Senate. I'm worried about his presidency. thank you.
3. "Making promises to his supporters and not coming through with nary a one them" You should never promise anything. He choose his word carefully. When did he say "I promise" ? ?? He said he will ensure better health care. He has.
4. "His condescending attitude on tape towards Joe the Plumber a future small business owner and job creator" Joe was just a republican that was paid. Like Water Gate.
5. Taking your stand and not being a push over is not being an smart-alec scumbag.
6. I refuse to call you a scumbag grown up next to shit (no matter how much I'd like to) because I have risen above that immaturity level. May be you should try it. You'll learn something.
