Anyone with a heart realizes that there are those on federal assistance who do need it. There are ,on the other hand, many many others who have been milking the system for years and years. Due to all of the red tape within the government they are getting away with this. THAT is the crime and these people must be stopped from taking anymore. These users disgust me.

I don't know if I agree with that although one never knows. This country has continued to enable people. Many people have no pride in themselves because they do not contribute to anything worthy. It's a shame. The saddest part is the innocent children who are involved in this mess.

Okay, let me convey this one out to you as my friends and I have been talking about this since high school. Say the government closed down which it has in the past and also has threatened to do; if those that rely on government checks do not receive said monies, the inner cities would suffer first (i.e., the hard-working folks) due to the ones that EXPECT "their" money, free gas, free housing, free food would take to the streets and rob, riot, cause mischief. It has happened before. They most certainly would riot. They would not have "their" money.

Well, the thing about the innocent children I would not worry too much for it is a generational ingrained socialist mind think now and after 6 generations of getting a free ride for many, they would riot and create havoc. Heck, when the politicians on both sides threaten that our troops, seniors, etc will not receive government check, there is an uproar. Whose responsibility is it? I don't now, but my generation is pretty sick and tired of the upside down pyramid. That's for sure.

I know but you are the one who said there would be riots in the streets if this was done. Did I misunderstand? It's an enormous mess to say the least.

The only explanation that an intelligent hard working honest person needs... thanks for sharing cat.-)
