if this is the person I encountered about a week ago i challenged him to answer my question...he obfuscated...he bloviated and tried to generally clog the screen..he FAILED to answer the question...finally he used up his chances with me....he now resides in my block bin and I, for one, am a happier person that he is there...I recommend it to anyone that encounters him
