These are the reasons why Obama will win Reelection.

Manuel 2012/05/08 15:40:06
GDP has been growing since 2009.
lowest tax rates in 50 years,
We have left Iraq, which will save us billions.
We are leaving Afghanistan in 2014, which will save us billions.
Saved American auto industry and a million jobs,
Auto sales are up 13.9%,
Retail sales are up 16%.
Pending home sales are up 10%,
Unemployment is going down, new jobs going up,
The deficit problem will be nearly solved with the expiration of the Bush tax cuts and the automatic spending cuts in 2013;.
More illegal aliens deported than any other president, EVER.,
pirates shot in the head,
Ghadafi dead without one American life lost,

George W. Bush inherited a strong economy, a budget surplus, and a nation at peace.

Eight years later, he left Obama with a shattered economy, a trillion dollar deficit, and two useless wars.

Obama saved the country from another Great Depression, rebuilt GM,
reformed healthcare, reformed Wall Street, doubled the stock market,
created 8 straight quarters of GDP growth, created 22 straight months of
private sector job growth, got Bin Laden, got Gaddafi, and got us out
of Iraq.

And now with the automatic spending cuts and the
expiration of the Bush tax cuts in 2012, Obama has solved the deficit
problem as well.

Obama has done a very good job.

What do you think?
You!

These are all good points, and while I'm sure many will try and defame him, they need to realize that Romney doesn't have the record necessary to "take down" the President.

While I don't think President Obama is the best president we've had, and disagree with quite a few things he's done, he needs to be applauded for at least being proactive.

Great list Manuel. I just wish the majority of American people could get the message. I just don't understand why they think more of the same bad policies that got us into this mess is the answer. And Mitts' ideas are even worse.
And yes, considering the do nothing Repugs he had to work with, he has done a very good job.

Even though it is a lie. Bush inherited a bad recession as the tech bubble collapsed right before Clinton left office. The reason that you morons do not remember it is because Bush turned it around so quickly. With tax cuts. Recessions turn into depressions with the Democrats horribly failed policies. Obama also spent more in three years than Bush did in 8.

Why, so they can pass massively expensive entitlements that punish the middle classs for the lazy even though it is unpopular? Not to mention we can not afford the massive entitlements that we have in place now for the lazy able bodied people that would rather steal than work. So they can not pass a budget and spend us into oblivion? What good could possible come out of it.

the GOP wants to put the middle class out of business for the sake of the rich...
If the middle class goes... it puts the rich in a better situation because they will finally get what they want...an American version of how China uses it's work forces...no more real education for poor or the once middle classes. No more Social Security no unions, no fringed benefits no paid holidays, no work mans comp. no unemployment checks ...low pay, longer work hours with no over time pay and getting rid of all work related human rights rules...

The rich corporates future with the help of the GOP will rule American work forces like this.
Your happy with this? Then keep voting for Republicans....

That is garbage. The GOP wants to be left alone to have the freedom to success without the government meddling in everyone's business. This is a proven track record for boosting the middle class. The democrats on the other hand are petty thieves that want to steal from everyone else and are willing to give. Up personal freedoms and destroy the country to do so. The democrats do nothing for the middle class. Just the super rich and the lazy. They want corrupt elitist politicians dictating what pittance everyone has. The same exact ideology bankrupt Europe, yet you morons keep pushing it. That is proof that democrats are either so dumb and oblivious that they have no clue what is going on, or so selfish that they are willing to destroy the country do hand outs. Democrats cry about even paying for their own birth control or social security, yet pretend to give a damn about others. I give more to charity than Obama and Biden combined prior to Obama running for senator and Obamas own brother lives in a damn shack. You do not fool anyone.

But it is OK that the Republicans want to pass massive entitlements to benefit the rich. They act like they will have an anurism if the taxes go up a few percentage points on millionaires and god forbid if anyone tries to regulate business practices. And while we're at it, lets get rid of that pesky ol' EPA. Who needs clean drinking water anyway? It's more important that factories be able to operate as cheaply as possible without big government telling them they have a responsiblity to the environment. The Republlcians are full of entitlement programs. They are just entitlements meant to hurt the middle class and line their own pockets. Unless you are one of the few that fall within their wealthy income brackets, believe me, they don't give a damn about you.

Then how do you explain that our economy has done better under every Democratic president than under Republican presidents? Bush and his tax cuts for the wealthy did nothing to produce jobs. All he did was widen the gap between the wealthiest few and basically wiped out the middle class. We all just want a fighting chance and the plans of Romney and the rest of his ilk will just widen it even further. I shudder to think what will happen if he has his way. I have a hard time trusting anyone that parks his money in Swiss Bank accounts and the Cayman islands. And if there may be nothing wrong at all with his tax returns. But he should just release them so we can stop wondering. I can't trust him to be honest with the countries money if I have doubts about his honesty with his own. Talk about entitlements. He seems to think he is entitled to be president. Why didn't he put his money in American banks? There is always a reason people put their money in the Caymans and it is not because their money needed a tan. And for some reason he hid his Swiss bank account, as it did not appear on his tax return. So he is screaming about entitlements when he is hiding his money from the IRS and not wanting to pay his fair share to support the country he wants to lead. Sounds to me like he is the one not wanting to pay his fair share.

That is nonsense. Bush had 4.5% unemployment until the Economy collapsed because of lax underwriting standards forced by the government. That was with inheriting a recession, and 9/11 and Katrina during a recession. As Europe crumbles due to the same failed policies the democrats are pushing, idiots still push them. Look at Chicago. A freaking dump of crime and corruption. They can't even pay their bills and have been ruined by the democrats as every democrat stronghold. The fact is that you can't even give a logical explanation how companies an investors having less cash an getting beat up from every angle help them grow, create jobs, invest in R&D;, compete abroad, or I'm any way are good for te economy. It defies all logic and common sense.

It figures that you would believe the Republican spin that Bush inherited a recession, but I don't think anyone can argue that Obama definitely inherited one. And I notice that you say Bush had a 4.5 unemployment rate. Well, where did it go? You are quick to blame Obama or any Democrat for things that happen during their administrations, but Bush gets a pass. It wasn't his fault.

I also noticed you could not come up with one logical explanation as to how businesses and investors having less capital is good for the economy. Again, democrats have no substance.

If you weren't so busy falling for the lies of the right, you would know that Obama has an excellent plan for helping young entrepreneurs start up businesses and help for existing businesses. It's called the American Jobs Act. Read about it. If your mind is open at all, you might just learn something besides the right wing propaganda you have been indoctrinated with.

If you weren't so ignorant, you would know that Obama is attacking businesses from every angle and by far one of the worse anti-business presidents in history. The jobs act was really nothing but more of the same democrat nonsense. Let’s throw union goons hundreds of billions for temporary projects and piling on $450billion in additional debt. Oh yeah, and I will give some hand-picked small businesses a tax credit so that I can pretend the bill has anything to do with being business friendly. It is a joke.

I know that Obama wants to spend $450,000,000,000 to his goons, and then raise $8 Billion by killing 710,000 jobs so that the angry jealous democrats can attack the 'rich".

If your mind is open at all, you might just learn that the left wing propaganda you have been indoctrinated with is nothing but squirrel crap

They have tried to stop every good idea he has put forth and at the detriment to the country. They don't care about the country. I do no see how anyone could look a Europe that is crumbling due to the same failed policies Obama is pushing and say hey, that is exactly what we need here. It makes no sense to me. I see you used the DNC tag line "do nothing republicans" but that is garbage. Harry Reid in the senate will not even bring anything passed in the house to a vote. You do realize if people choose not to work that does not mean they get entitlements. you have way more people living in the streets begging for loose` change then there are on welfare...and welfare is not filled with healthy able bodied fit adults..it is mostly poor mothers with kids....no Gangstas are on entitlements dude...because there's no money in it...but there's a lot of money in illegal tax free activities like drugs and guns and prostitution and gambling... those are the things they choose to do...not entitlements programs.

Obama has been a train wreck. With Europe crumbleing due toy he exac same failed policies the democrats jar been pushing for years, it has become more clear than ever that democrats are either completely oblivious or so selfish that they are willing to burry our own children in debt , steal from their neighbors, and destroy the entire country all to avoid simply working and taking care of themselves as everyone is fully capable of doing.

Obama even knows his party is nothing but thieves. Has he ever even made a speech where he was not promising to steal from some Americans, have the nerve to vilify those Americans he is robbing, and then promise the stolen goods to his petty thief followers. The democrats should just change their name to the petty thief party.

Really, what idiot could look at Illinois, we're more innocent people were killed in Chicago than in Afghanistan, Illinois is beyond broke an cant even pay their bills, businesses are fleeing in droves, and there is some of the highest unemployment in the country, and riddled with corruption, and then say hey, we need someone that has no experience at all except from the failed state to be president. Are there really that many stupid And oblivious Americans.

If Obama does win, it will be a very sad verification that half the country are selfish and theiveing morons.

    1. I think the federal government should treat every individual and every business 100% equally. Any variability from that breeds corruption and is unfair. I do think that the federal government should be limited to the powers specifically prescribed in the constitution and the rest of the powers shall go to the state , municipality, and the individual. Anyone can access their local politicians but only the cronies can access the president or senators. They do not know us and do not represent us.

  • ComeOnNow Manuel 2012/07/11 01:54:12

It is not vague. There should be a flat tax, no exemptions, same for everyone and every business. The federal government should not be in the business of charity, that treats individuals unfairly, of everyone and every business had to be treated equally, there would be no special loans, loopholes, or really any reason to bribe public officials except on spending, which will be minimal. It is the absolute best way to reduce corruption.
  • Manuel ComeOnNow 2012/07/11 02:06:45
    Manuel
The federal government should not be in the business of charity, so the government should not care or help people that are poor , unable to work for what ever the reasons, not provide medical help...or an education...etc?
