you forget there are the moderates, libertarians, and populists too, and they usually consider themselves independent, but all political philosophies are seen in the "two" main parties just some more so then others

also some of those conservatives are actually neoconservatives

Neither of these is right. The truth is that more people THINK they are Conservative. People like Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and the twits at Fox News have persuaded people that "Liberal"=evil, and "Conservative"=family values. But when they actually get to the issues themselves, most are Liberal or at least moderate.

I agree that Americans are dumbed down but most of those did not vote anyway. Working people are tricked into thinking they have something in common with corporations and milliionairs like Trump Still, we manage to keep enough of them in the Dem side to win.

More options please! That said, I'd just share that in "08 around the elections, both Hillary and Barak both disappeared at the time of the annual Bilderberg meeting which took place outside of D.C. They seem to like Virginia, (and election time) they're repeating the act.

Because there are almost as many moderates as conservatives and they and the liberals won the election. The same thing will happen this time. Most of the moderates are INDEs and they aren't going to vote for Romney, just like they wouldn't vote for McCain. Whether you like it or not, the INDEs will decide the elections.

It's not a matter of being fooled. Sometimes it's the lesser of two bad choices, which it still is. Maybe he will do better his second term. Anyone would be a fool to think any elected official will do everything they claim they will.
