There are people here backing Ron Paul. My question is who would like to see run as his VP?

This is a serious question. If I am to consider Paul as a president choice, who should be the VP. We are talking about an elderly man. McCain was put down for his age and Palin being a heartbeat away from the number 1 job. That would have suited me fine. Who would you like as VP?

    I think this person....

Someone who knows how to deliver a good elbow to the face, someone like Jesse Ventura or Denzel Washington.

and yes, I was being serious: I dont trust many other politicians, and none that I know of are really any more qualified to do the job anymore than any of us, or Jesse & Denzel. Both Jesse & Denzel strike me as civic minded, HONEST men with ethics. BOTH have displayed intellect and that they are informed. Id vote for either.

Ron Paul isn't a republican. I am. Ron Paul is a libertarian, more of a liberal than even a libertarian.
Here is serious answer.....It doesn't matter because Ron Paul isn't even close to getting the nomination.

I don't think so either, I was just wondering what people thought. I am sorry. I like Rick Santorum and voted for him here in SC.

I liked Rick but he focused too much on lib social issues like gay marriage.

If Rand wasn't related, he'd be a good choice. Maybe Napolitano or Alan West...

If he took West I would run to the polls and vote.

I would actually like to see RAND Paul run; he's at least got a few decades left.

Actually I think Rand Paul, but I can understand why this is not completely fair.

That has been brought up before in debates on forums. The name most people bring up is Judge Andrew Napolitano.
