It sucked back then....I remember riding the Chicago Northwestern from Glen Ellyn in to the city and somewhere after Berwyn seeing them shooting back and forth at each other in the upper levels of the apartments/slums. I was about 10 at the time, 1968 Chicago is not something one easily forgets.
