False flag terror attack (aka Black Flag) operations are covert operations designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is: flying the flag of a country other than one’s own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations and can be used during peace-time.

In full-scale martial law, the highest-ranking military officer would take over, or be installed, as the military governor or as head of the government, thus removing all power from the previous executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.[1]
Martial law can be used by governments to enforce their rule over the public. Such incidents may occur after a coup d'état (Thailand 2006); when threatened by popular protest (China, Tiananmen Square protests of 1989); to suppress political opposition (Poland in 1981); to stabilize insurrections or perceived insurrections (Canada, The October Crisis of 1970). Martial law may be declared in cases of major natural disasters, however most countries use a different legal construct, such as a "state of emergency".
Martial law has also been imposed during conflicts and in cases of occupations, where the absence of any other civil government provides for an unstable population. Examples of this form of military rule include post World War II reconstruction in Germany and Japan as well as the southern reconstruction following the U.S. Civil War.

When you hire heartless "pinkerton" types for law enforcement like Romney wants to do in doing away with firefighters, police and teachers paid by the government and contract it all out, It will be just as easy to fire off a couple of rounds and kill a couple of people to control an isolated group to transport them to these camps.

But of course the first thing you do is weaking these groups you want to round up by removing their education, THIER police, and THEIR Fire Fighters. Then they have no one to defend them from the full face of governmental fascism. That is how it was done in WWII Germany and that is how it will be done here in the US.

Eventually, the people as a whole will revolt against this and the first thing they will revolt against will be religion, because the third head of the four headed hydra of Fascism is the Religious groups the lulled the general public into believing that the Billionaires and the Political Party had the publics best interest at heart. The second thing to go will be the Politicians and they will be taken out and hung, tortured or simply ground into pulp for their hand in the actions against the citizens. Next will be the Billionaires. If they don't manage to get out of the country, they will be hunted down as well.

Of course The people who are going to be at the forefront of all these actions are going to be hunted down a held to account in the biggest trials of the history of civilization. Each one when convicted of high crimes and treason against the US Constitution will be summarially executed.

Oh and Dan, your speaking of the REX84 Programs and the subsequent Executive Orders that were started by Ronald Reagan back in the 1980's and the same time frame the Evangelicals and Televangelists swore to take over the Republican Party so they could reform our government into a Theocracy "under God's guiding light" (Pat Robertson)

The 30+ years of the development of the ReX84 FEMA programs were consolidated into a single law, NDAA, recently passed by congress and signed by the President. The only reason the President signed it was because it was a super majority vote of the congress and he could have been over ridden if he had vetoed it.
