No-where in the Constitution does it say the Federal Government can make you buy something or face a stiff fine. Everyone on the street knows that except for the Liberals and Gays on the Supreme Court.

This ruling will never stand and the Dummycrats better find a closet to hide in come 4 November. I believe this is the beginning of the end of the Democratic Socialist Party.

I'll (make an effort to) read the entire decision ... until I do, i'm not able to make much of a comment on the decision, BUT i'd just like to take a moment to gloat that all the right-wing doomsayers have been proven wrong - they incorrectly understood how constitutional law and adjudication works and they missed the boat completely ... hardy har har!!!
