The Royal Wedding - Obama dissed?

Obama and Michelle have NOT been invited to the Royal Wedding this April. Some media have stated because Prince William isn't the Sovereign and is not the current and direct heir to the thrown, that the wedding is not considered a State Event. However, there are other heads of state that have been unofficially announced, such as the French President and his wife. Do you think this was a deliberate act by the Royal Family?

    No idea. Never really followed the "royalty". As an American I see us all as equals and I really don't respect a system that honors birth over achievement. Frankly I don't care for our system, where money makes people our "royalty" either. Money may rule the world but frankly I don't think it should.

    So what, if it was the Queen getting married it would be a different story. These are two people that aren't heads of state and want friends and family there not people they don't know and don't care about. If it was my wedding I wouldn't want them there either.
