  it's a campaign tape, don't have to watch it to have an idea what it's about. What it didn't do is attack or blame anyone else. I thought it was straight forward and myself, I'm optimistic for our country. President Obama presents himself well, and his optimism is a good thing. Nothing like people (mostly conservatives) running around with their pessimist attitudes. Only solution to all our problems is "get Obama out of the White house," OK, what then, go back to the failed policies of the last administration? I believe we've made progress the last few years, and progress is good. Positive Mental Attitude is good for inviduals, and good for the country.

Middle class wages have decreased and/or stagnated while corporate profits have skyrocketed. And how exactly do you think that President Obama has slowed the recovery?

  ObamaCare, Dodd/Frank, Auto bailouts, bank bailouts, housing bailouts, doubling food stamps, $5.2 trillion dollars added to the deficite in the first 4 years, $1 trillion dollar stimulas that failed to add jobs, high unemployment rates, low GDP growth, down grading of our credit rating...should I go on? How much more would you like? When you take from one group and give it to another group that is a socialist tennant...Obama is a socialist...can you say ObamaCare? That is pure socialism...

  5 trillion invested in the country, bailouts were already happening and Obama wasn't alone making those decisions. I've noticed considerable rise in cost of food, people that depended on food stamps to feed their families needed more because of the rising costs. Jobs are coming back, the economy is coming back, the GDP will also follow suit, that doesn't happen overnight. Last three Presidents have tried to work out something for healthcare reform in this country. The new Healthcare may not be perfect, but it's definitely a good start at something that our country needed for a long time. There is no reason anyone in our country should have to go without healthcare, or have to file bankruptcy because of illness. The new National health care bill isn't even close to "pure socialism," there is no such thing as "pure" any type of government. As usual, your arguments are for the most part, bogus.crap that doesn't stick. You can go on and on all you want, but most of what you say means little or nothing.

  Perhaps a starting point would be the question of how and why things were such a mess when Obama was elected. Why were banks failing? Poor or no regulations come to mind. Why was a stimulus needed (per most economists)? It actually wasn't big enough to counter the job losses under the Bush administration that resulted from the loss of manufacturing and consumers having less disposable income from lost revenue, etc. and ever increasing prices of health care, food, etc. Lest you forget, we were in the midst of heading for a possible depression. The stimulus did reverse the trend and got the country headed in the right direction, despite what you say; it just didn't do enough or do it fast enough. As for health care reform, I for one think that it is a necessity. America spends at least double per capita for health care as other industrial nations do with lesser good results than some countries. Before the ACA, insurance companies could refuse you coverage, drop you at will, raise costs well above inflation norms. I don;t agree with everything that President Obama has done, but give him credit for saving the car manufacturing companies (one of the big remaining manufacturing bases in the country), passing the ACA, and acting with determination to offset some of the policies that created and/or added to the problems.

If we would not value the things of this world we would not put a price on them. Nether would we hoard them when they were free because Jesus would be in us taking fear away from us saving our soul being givers just like the things God made. They give, give, give. Then all of the things we worry about would disappear.

  I agree with the President on a few things, but most of them I DO NOT. Attempting to "buy jobs" is utter failure, and the bailouts just dig a deeper hole. Economic crises are inevitable, and throwing money at problems is not the solution, which we have come to see in our Education System. Socialism is NEVER the answer, and that includes health care. I do agree that we should learn to live within our means, especially in terms of energy usage, by all consuming less in fossil fuels, and should also drill ONLY domestically, putting our Americans back to work. Leave the foreign oil alone completely. The US uses far more than any other country per capita, due to less fuel-efficient cars and excessive driving. WE are the Change, not Barack Obama. I do disagree with his stand (or lack thereof) on same sex marriage and moral issues. Our unity as families is threatened like never before, our Social Services are terribly corrupt and ineffective, and our children are poorly educated. Good parenting, and good family values are the greatest keys to American prosperity again.

Wonder how much of AMERICAN TAXPAYERS MONEY went into the making of this film with Tom Hanks narrating. With the solitary exception of getting Bin Laden, a decision that ANY POTUS would have made exactly the same way (unless you're Bill Clinton circa 1998), Obama has made the exact WRONG decision and made things worse. The GM bailouts? Should have let them go through bankruptcy so they would re-emerge as a stronger company and fewer jobs would have been lost. Obama has seen more net jobs lost in 3.5 years than Bush did in 8. What a fucking joke.

  I don't recall any other President in my lifetime treated as poorly as President Obama. Say some miracle happened and everyone had jobs by the end of the week, I have no doubt conspiracy theories would be flying every which way, and other conservatives would jump on that stuff and we'd be hearing some of the most outrageous tall tales ever, including a pact with the devil (actually surprised that one hasn't played yet) and the thing is people would believe it.
  I don't like everything that Obama admin is credited for, but overall I do believe he is doing considerably better than any conservative would ever admit.
