The republicans have blocked the Equal pay bill for women and Physical abuse against women. What makes women vote Republican anyway?

how does one define equal pay ? and does not the employee set the minimum wage as does the employer set the maximum wage?

Equal pay is doing the same job as another and getting paid the same. Same job same pay. doesn't matter what the minimum and maximum is it is about qualification. If a man starts a job the same time as a woman for the same beginning pay and they both have exemplary records, and the man ends up getting a 30% increase in pay and the woman does not that is inequality in pay.

how do you measure "doing the same job" is that based on production/output, subordination, appearance , respect ,attitude ,work ethic ??? And is a employer not allowed to pay someone “more” just because they choose to. Maybe one person is not being paid less but the other is being paid more.

Maybe they see through BS and just vote for the person whose policies they support the most.
