The quote "It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible" is often attributed to George Washington. Do you believe he said this?

There are several sources that cite this qoute as coming from George Washington in his farewell address, yet others point out that if the transcript from that address is read, it is nowhere to be found. Those that doubt the words were actually spoken by Washington in a public sense point out that A Life of Washington (1836) by James K. Paulding is actually the source for this supposed quote. What do you think?

In fact, neither the words "God" nor "Bible" appear in Washington's Farewell Address in ANY context.
