The Obama/Holder DOJ has gone too far -- apparently our laws are now based on an internationalist Marxist saying, not the U.S. Constitution!

Note
the major changes to the Obama/Holder Department of Justice Website- NO American flag and NO reference to our
Constitution, simply a reference to a statement by an advocate of
international (Marxist) law - check it out for yourself, go to the DOJ link in the
message. This is atrocious!

Department

Little
by little, the subtle changes come until one day we will wake up

and be the United Socialist States of America. November, 2012 is
just

around the corner, so get and stay engaged as if our nation
depended

on it... because it
does!!!!!

U.S.
Department of Justice

ditches red, white, and

blue stars and
stripes.

Well,
how interesting! It seems the U.S. Department of Justice
has

changed its web site. Gone are the colorful red, white,
and blue U.S.

Flag decorations on the page,

justice changed web site colorful red white blue flag decorations

Replaced by stark black and white.

colorful red white blue flag decorations replaced stark black white

And at the top of the page, is a
rather interesting quote:

"The
common law is the will of

mankind, issuing from the life
of

the people."

Catchy,
huh? Just one tiny little (too small to be

relevant
obviously)

--
the
quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks,

who in the 1930's was a leading
proponent of the "international

law" movement, which had as its
goal to impose a

global
common law and which backed 'global workers'
rights.'

Call
it Marxism, call it Progressivism, call it Socialism -- under
any

of those names, it definitely makes the DOJ look corrupt in
their new

website with Marxist accessories to match.

See
for yourself:

How
very interesting that 'they' couldn't find a nice quote from one

of our Founders. People, we have lost our Republic.
This is an

example of what the slow, methodical misuse of power
our current

government is doing as they lead us to socialism,
and destroying

our republic as we have known it.

Should come as no surprise to anyone who has even moderately studied history, folks. History. I keep shouting it out but nobody seems to listen. History is replete with bold examples of what is going on right now and what the results were.

The transition of the United States in to the United Socialist States is not something that could have been accomplished in one sweeping vote one year. Too many people would have fought it right then and there. No, it has been gradual. Very, very, very gradual. I choose to refer to it as sneaky, actually. Very, very sneaky. Just a little piece here, a little piece there. A change in law here, change in law there. Strategic placement of personnel here, strategic placement of personnel there. You getting the point? And it's being done right under your very noses, people. Duh.

"We are going to fundamentally change the United States of America." Didn't that at least make anybody take a second to think about the overall meaning? I know I did.

Fortunately, it appears that perhaps some of the formerly sleeping Americans are beginning to wake up and smell the coffee. I am hoping and praying it is in sufficient numbers to vote Obama, Holder and all of those czars of his out of office so we can begin to correct all of the damaging things that have been done to America. 2012 it is!

Obamacare is designed to bring about fully-socialized, single-payer medical care within 10 years. The "fine" that companies must pay if they don't provide coverage is just 8% of their payroll, far less than what medical coverage costs. If Obamacare were to stand, employers would be dropping their coverage in droves and the government would be picking it up. It wouldn't be long before all private insurers were out of business, the ultimate goal of Obamacare. That would socialize fully 1/6th of the economy in one fell swoop.

You know it and I know it, Ken, now the goal is to make 100% of America know it and not be fooled into the BS that Obama and Pelosi, et al have been shoveling out to hide the truths about Obamacare. I said it when it "passed" and I'll say it forever and ever, what occurred with that legislation and the not-kept-a-bit-secret behavior of powerful politicians such as Pelosi and Reid and others was definitely immoral, probably illegal and tantamount to extortion of the entire population of the United States. And the bastards got away with it. And everybody chuckles away whenever somebody else turns yet another of the 2700 pages of Obamacare and utters, "Oh, my, did anybody know about this provision?"

I think it stunk and we all should be ashamed of ourselves and our so-called public officials who are supposed to represent us. But that's just Obamacare. Lots and lots of other nasty things going on in this country unchecked and sinister as hell. First thing out of the chute come January must be the elimination of any and all traces of Obama in the White House and any and all who did his bidding in Congress without question. America needs a big fumigation!
  • Ken ruthann... 2012/06/08 22:54:04
    Ken
If we had an honest, balance news media in this country they would never have let Obama get away with his thug-tactics when Obamacare was passed. Can you imagine the outcry if a Republican president had pushed through a 2,000+ page bill without giving the house and senate the time to read it, if a Republican had said of a bill 'we have to pass it so you can see what's in it?" And that's after Obama promised to have open hearings on CSpan!

Don't forget the classic: "And I will not sign a bill that hasn't been put on the Internet for five days for the people to have an opportunity to review it." Loved that one all to hell, personally. Not only did you and I, we "common folks," not get an opportunity to review Obamacare, but neither did the idiot congressmen and women who voted to pass the damned thing!

I have to take a second, however, to note that I know there were many congressmen and women who voted against Obamacare, but with the Democrat-controlled Senate their voices got muted. So I don't mean to lump all of our congressional reps into this gripe.

That having been said, I guess I'm just not a very good politician. I honestly believe that everybody in this country with half a brain should have gotten up and squealed as loud as possible until something -- I don't know, legally? -- could be done. Perhaps impeachment even. The manner in which Obama and Pelosi and Reid got this passed into LAW, affecting you and me and the guy next door so totally adversely, was criminal, immoral, sinister -- I have not yet reached a point where I can intelligently discuss my feelings on this subject, so I'm going to stop right here. Maybe one day I'll calm down, but don't bet on it.

And you are, indeed, correct. We owe a tremendous amount of "thanks" to our traitors in the media for the mess we're in.

It isn't a black and white flag, it's the header that is black and white and the stars and stripes banner that was once the header is gone. The other thing is the quotation, something that bears no relevance to American law. -- why didn't they quote one of the founders, or something from the Declaration Independence or Constitution, rather than a remote supporter of international labor?

Obama and Holder are in agreement that the US Constitution is an impediment to socialism. So, they simply ignore it.

Note how proudly they proclaim their defense of the "Affordable Care Act" which they repeat makes medical care affordable for millions of Americans. That is another magicians misdirection in that it does make it affordable for some at the expense of most Americans for whom it will be more expensive and then they will also be taxed more heavily to pay for the health insurance that will make it more affordable for a few.

Charles, I am truly disturbed, after having seen that computation by the reporter from Cleveland that someone on minimum wage in this country now has as much disposable income as a family of four earning $60,000 a year! What incentive is there going to be for anyone to go to college and prepare themselves for a good job, if you can flip burgers at minimum wage and have the same disposable income? They've almost gotten us to the point that Ben Franklin warned of::

"When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -- Benjamin Franklin

According to Hull's research, Alexander -- who was president of the American Philosophical Association in 1918-1919 -- was commissioned to design the decorative scheme, and write inscriptions for the Nebraska State Capitol building, the Los Angeles Public Library, the Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Building in Philadelphia and the Oregon State Capitol building.

Politifacts, as usual, is showing its left-wing bias. This is from American Spectator, based on interviews with DOJ lawyers (some of whom said it was hard to keep from laughing when they saw what Holder was up to):

"The common law derives from the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people, framed by mutual confidence, and sanctioned by the light of reason", but no one is sure where the quote came from."

The quotes that ring the building were selected during the construction process back in the administration of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Some attorneys believed the quote is pulled or adapted from the writing of Sir William Blackstone, the 18th Century British jurist, who wrote the Commentaries on the Laws of England, which influenced not only British law, but also the American constitutional and legal system. But other Department of Justice employees say the quote originates from British lawyer, C. Wilfred Jenks, who back in the late 1930s and after World War II was a leading figure in the "international law" movement, which sought to impose a global, common law, and advocated for global workers rights. Jenks was a long-time member of the United Nation's International Labor Organization, and author of a number of globalist tracts, including a set of essays published back in 1958, entitled The Common Law of Mankind.

It is most interesting that the most essential part of the quote is exactly the part left out on the DOJ website! "framed by mutual confidence, and sanctioned by the light of reason." There is such a lack of mutual confidence in a government that is ever eager to substitute the will of central planners for that of the individual and there is so little reason in beleiving that a people who have long shown competence in managing their own lives, must now become life-long children to be cared for by the Nanny State.
