The Government Motor Corporation should have done that on the drawing board, as we the people can't afford them, and they don't give us the flexibility. Sorry but you just don't put something on the market and blame people for not wanting it.

Now all we have to do is get out of the Vehicle business. Get rid of the Union owned companies. The car companies should have gone through a legal bankruptcy, and started over just like every other business would. That is why we have bankruptcy courts. Not so a President or Congress can subvert them. The unions caused the problem, with their intervention. Maybe when we get more nuclear power plants, and cheaper electricity, and can provide a good base and reason for small, worthless electric vehicles, that have some range to them. That they may become a viable form of transportation. But no matter what, it is wrong to throw them out there, and demand that a set amount be sold. And its wrong to force somebody to by anything that they don't want to buy, nor need. Does Obama careless come to mind. Its funny that ever Dream Green Idea that has come out of the administration, has failed, or is on the verge of failure. Why, because the American People don't want it, just the liberal Eco-Terrorists and the Global Warning Panicists want.

Demand immediate payment from the UAW-owned GOVERNMENT MOTORS of $79-BILLION. This will force them into immediate bankruptcy and cause a redistribution of funds from the UAW pension fund. Sell the assets. They may come back as a real car company and make cars that people want to buy instead of a political tool.reply
