Basically, in spite of adding more regulations, directing EPA to impose more restrictions on coal fired plants, private enterprise is moving ahead and creating jobs. The GM bail-our was a joke, Chevy Volt was a flop costing taxpayers $250,000 per unit built. Destroyed shareholders retirement accounts, and 7 of every 10 GM vehicles have been built outside the USA since the bail-out. $200 M invested in assembly plant in Mexico, the Chevy Spark will be shipped from Korea to the USA - fully assembled .... the list goes on. I could go on with pages of examples. The policies have failed, yet they weren't intended to succeed, only give an illusion with false unemployment data that we are "doing fine". The proclaimed Recovery Summer 2009 that never happened.
The jobs the private sector has added are in spite of his 'attempts' .... not a result of them.
