The Four Democrat Blue Dogs Who Sold Out America

The steady drip into the red of government healthcare (medicaid, medicare etc.) now accounts for one third of the federal annual expense.

Why then haven't those who are whining about the new plans ever gotten off their asses over the past 8 years and tackled this huge problem? They never announced that they were going to revamp the h/c system. They just allowed it to continue and get worse year after year.

Sorry repubs. You did NOTHING. You were ostriches.

They were a big disappointment to me - when they joined a "coalition" I thought that meant they believed in what the coalition stood for. They will have a lot of answering to do to their moderate/conservative constituents over the August break.

It wont be nearly as much as the drug and insurance companies are pumping into the opposition that doesn't CARE if people have health care! This "independent" think tank the Repubs keep quoting is OWNED by United Health Care "INSURANCE" Co. that just posted 150% profit increase! Let's get real!

If and when the government takes over the health care industry, we will end up in the same or similar position that the Canadians are presently in. When I travelled to Canada to look at a high tech containment lab (our university was looking into building one), I asked the health official about health care. He simply stated that they get an allocation each year from the central government to provide health care. Depending on the amount, they determine have many surgeries (types), and establish a wait list to see a specialist.

In America, approximately 9.5 million people in this country (according to Census Bureau data) that do not have health insurance are non-citizens; of the remaining, approximately one third have chosen not to get insurance (it only happens to the other guy syndrome).

I'm not against a company making a profit as long as an individual get the proper help care that is needed and it is not age dependent.

We need tort reform, badly.

85% of America are insured. Why would you break that system so that the 4% of the remaining 15% who want insurance get it? Why?

If they support the bill, they are not Blue Dogs, they are liberals.

I have said from the beginning DO NOT TRUST THE BLUE DOG DEMS!!! They are democrats, after all! They were selected by Rahm Emmanuel and ran for office under false pretenses. If you cannot tell the truth to get elected, then you cannot trust anything they say once in office. These blue dogs are selling us out just like the democrats of all the other colors.
