I talked to two doctors I know. They tell me they are going to open fee-only clinics and take no insurance. They are letting go 24 people in their offices.

Tell me how it is a win for a nation currently with 110 trillion in debt including underfunded programs and a real unemployent number of 27%. You can't get blood from a stone, not to mention the 19 other taxes within this bill.

We do need a revolution. A revolution in votes. This was strictly a democratic bill. We need to revolt at the ballet box and get the socialist democrats out of the house, senate, presidency, and the federal courts. That would be a step in the right direction. Then we need to be there in force in every election and replace the republicans with conservatives. We need the tea parties out in the streets in force again. We need to show our strength and anger again but with votes.

I'll (make an effort to) read the entire decision ... until I do, i'm not able to make much of a comment on the decision, BUT i'd just like to take a moment to gloat that all the right-wing doomsayers have been proven wrong - they incorrectly understood how constitutional law and adjudication works and they missed the boat completely ... hardy har har!!!

I believe the Constitution has just become obsolete, and we have gone from a government by the people for the people to a politburo. The government has just been given the right to tell us to do anything or pay a tax. Let's see if we get a executive order that come November we vote democrat or pay a tax.
