I give up! My question box keeps getting filled with mostly mindless questions from people who are interested only in getting “points” to become a Generally Uninformed Rediculously Unintelligent Sodahead (GURU). I removed a couple of “friends” when it became obvious that was what they were doing. But that didn't work because some smartasses started sending me their questions as “Shared by” questions.

The unfortunate thing is that it makes it too time consuming to try to sort out legitimate questions. I apologize to those asking serious, important questions, but I've decided to answer all questions with information I want to put out. Hopefully, this will reach some intelligent people who can do something with the information.

This is crazy but not unexpected.. THIS is the kind of shenanigans that defense lawyers pull when even THEY know that their clients are guilty as hell.. Fact IS,, these guys would have been found guilty and executed ten years ago,, by their OWN admission and their OWN GUILTY Pleas,, but for the interferrence of Obama and Holder and THEIR Crazy notion of trying these animals in Civilian Court..

These guys were captured under battlefield conditions.. MANY Terrorists are NOT.. Many are caught IN America in the process of committing their heinous acts and their arrest follows the "Criminal Law" requirements of taking someone into custody..

in OTHER words,, they are read their Miranda rights and supplied with counsel upon demand..


THIS doesn't happen on the Battlefield.. Soldiers do NOT read their prisoners "Miranda" nor SHOULD they.. They are ENEMY Combatants,, Prisoners of a NON declared War.. Terrorists who represent NO Nation State.. They are NOT American Citizens.. They are NOT covered by the Genava Convention and their arrests took place in FOREIGN Lands so NO American Civilian Jurisdiction exists.. Not EVEN New York's...

Trying these animals in a civilian court would likely get them aquitted even though everybody,, including THEM,, knows and admits that they are guilty..

Hell.. If they're careful HOW they do it,, They could be aquitted even while they're bragging about it..

Now.. We saw a LOT of Pre-Trial insanity going on here but do NOT think for a moment that THIS sort of thing is going to be allowed during the actual trial.
