Some blacks want to make every issue about the "white man" mistreating the "black man." In some cases, a Black or Latino can be breaking the law and you see some advocate on television who says it is about pure racism. Joe Horn is a Texas man who shot two black Latinos as they were breaking in to his neighbor's home. The key piece of information here is that the two criminals were breaking into a home. Mr. Horn called 911 and shot the intruders. What did the media do? They screamed bloody murder for the burglars.
It flies in the face of reason that there are so many blacks, latinos, and white liberals who take pride in defending criminals. They went so far as to say that the only reason that Mr. Horn shot the burglars was because of their skin color. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they were breaking in to someone's house! The last time I checked it, was against the law in all fifty states to enter someone's home unless you have been invited. I don't care if you are the grand wizard of the KKK; no one has the right to break in to your home.
Anyone who is so bold that they will enter your home and take your property needs only one gift: a one-way ticket to the resurrection. You would need to be out of your mind to break in to someone's house in the first place. And you must have the intent to harm the homeowner if he or she happens to discover your presence. You think you don't need to work and can take what you want because, well, they have something you want.
If Mr. Miguel Antonio DeJesus, thirty-eight, and Diego Ortiz, thirty, had not been breaking in a home, they would be alive today. Quanell X, a black Houston activist, said, ( ) "Mr. Horn had no moral right, no legal right, to confront these suspects after being told nine times by the 911 dispatcher not to do so." The criminals had a moral right not to break into the home. The criminals had no legal right to be in the home without being invited. I really can't relate to people who try to justify or defend this unscrupulous type of action. If my neighbor sees someone breaking in to my home, I would like him to shoot first and ask questions later. If you don't like being shot, stop breaking the law.
I would like to ask Mr. Quanell how would he feel if a white man was breaking in to his house and a black neighbor shot him. Would he feel the same way about getting justice? What I have found too often with blacks, whites, and any other race is that when you make particular incidents about them. If you press the individual and ask what they would do in the same circumstance, you will see common sense take over. It is quite easy to talk about what you would do when you are not confronted with a life or death situation.
The non-thinker or arrogant person will never put themselves in another person's state of affairs. In other words, if they were put in Mr. Horn's position, would they want to be harassed for protecting their neighbor's property? I don't know why we need to pretend we are upset that criminals were killed while they were breaking the law.

To all those who think I made this video to sell a dam book. You are out of your dam minds. This is the same way I have talked for the last 12 years. Attempting to play the race card and ignoring the facts, just shows your stupidity. Obama is a dam Communist and if we don't stop him, all of our children and grandchildren will not stand a chance. Media is far fetch major turn off whenever ...it all Liberals idea and it's stinks bad...
wonder if anyone can sue Liberals for create a make no sense law..this type of law need to change...no more B.S....why not get pension to send this to senator and all to have it vote to change it the right law whom ever break in and got to shot when police haven't arrive in 15 mins later..
More and more Blacks are beginning to realize it is Liberalism that has kept them in poverty and anchored to the ghettos. While White Liberals suck on the sweet of nectar taxes, given only crumbs to the Blacks they duped to stay in the ghettos far away from White suburbia.
More and more Blacks are beginning to realize that what crumbs Liberals do hand out, is meant to keep them dependent on the government. Not to make bring independence.
Liberals love Blacks: That is Blacks who are poor, angry, in the ghetto and away from them.
The truth is, all of us, whether Black or White, will never succeed sucking on the teat of the government or blaming someone else for individual failures. Success can only come when people take personal responsibly for their own actions and lives.
hell Florida has a Stand your Ground law saying you can defend yourself if you feel endangered, aka breaking into your house while your home fits exactly into that... and your gonna say Texas doesnt have a law like that? Please
Joe Storm may have become aware of the crooks after he saw them burglarizing his neighbor's home, but he stated to the 911 dispatcher that he was going to shoot them if they came on his property and that's exactly what they did. A plain-clothed cop was parked and saw it all.
The guy was shot in the back after he charged Joe, but the crook did veer away at the last second.

In lieu of over whelming violent force to defend, what is the limit, then? There is no way for an occupant to know what harm may befall them if they confront the intruders to stop them. What should be the limit? A punch in the face? A kick in the balls ... crowbar across the back? .... rubber bullet? ..... a knife, but not near the heart or the main artery?
It's why those laws got developed in the first place. By the time the cops arrive, it's usually to late to stop harm to an occupant who gets attacked, often during the commision of robbery. Waiting for police does not stop robbery murders.
Yes, when studied over a period of time, there may be some robbers killed who may not have been, had there been more restrictive protection laws. But conversely, a greater number of innocent occupants will be killed with those same restrictive protection laws. Every study in America to date has demonstrated more lives are saved in any State where Castle Doctrine laws are in effect.
If you arrive home and there is an intruder in your unoccupied home, you are not at liberty to gun the intruder down.
At what point in the occupant's arrival at home are you referring to?
1) Noticing the intruder from out by the sidewalk, as in noticing lights moving around inside. I'd say remove to a safe distance and communicate with the police.
2) Open the door and step inside, then see the intruder. I'd say take him down.
If you don't, you will likely be charged.
She says that is she comes home and there is a stranger inside she will shoot them / its obvious that she would have every reason to be "in fear" for her safety so she should be on solid ground in her actions even if those actions cause harm or death -
Like I said above the guy next door to me is 89 years old and he is always home , if I see someone breaking into his house I can assume he is home and I will be on solid ground for taking direct action against them ....the case on this blog is a bit more complicated as the shooter did run out onto his own front lawn with a gun but the shooting did take place on his lawn not his Neighbors / we all try not to do something dumb like run out the front door with a gun in hand ...but if your on your front lawn with a gun and someone runs towards you ....
The guy that lives next door to me is 89 years old and I will dam sure protect him and his home even of i have to shoot a few scum bags as they will only be missed by other scum bags ...

I am a white male with a ugly past and I own my part in my past. So guys lets man up and own our own actions and not hide behind racism and hatred.
Now with all that said, I bleed the same color of my latino and black brothers, I even breath the same air. My whole family is a melting pot of races. I was raised to love every man and that is the way I live my life.
