THE AMERICAN MEDIA BECLOWNED THEMSELVES YESTERDAY

Yesterday, as the American consulate in Libya was smoking and the rioters were returning in Egypt, the President of the United States flew off to Las Vegas for a fundraiser while his spokesman was telling the American press corps that yesterday wasn’t really a normal political day. Had it been George W. Bush, the media would, right now, be marching on the White House with pitch forks and torches. Remember, on 9/11, as events were unfolding in Washington, the American media was crying for President Bush to return to Washington. They wanted Daddy at home in the White House where he could tuck them in bed, damn the security issues of getting him there.

Siding with their own country? It would never occur to the lamestream media.
Gotta love the blind spot our media has for the obvious.
He wants out of politics on this level because he knows he has failed.
However, in all respect to the deceased in Libya, Romney cancelled all his campaign activities for the day while Obama was off drumming up money even before the families of the victims had all been notified about the death of their loved one.
People in trouble; Sing Al Green songs...
Yep; a Jive Turkey lives in the WH...
His blind support is SCARY!
I am far less concerned about Romney and the timing of his statements than I am for an adjunct embassy with no security, a clearly planned attack, a weak president with no policy other than saying sorry you are offended, the foray into Libya without reason, and a president who deemed a Vegas fund raiser more important than following through on the crisis still going on in the Middle East
Where is the media on the substance?
I caught a little bit of Anderson Cooper last night and it more than appeared he was concerned more with Romneys comments than why proper enhancements in security were not prior instead of after. He asked NO questions regarding why prudent measures were not already in place!
Obama can go on Letterman and meet with Egypts Prime Minister while snubbing Israel, who he said was "our greatest ally" in his '08 campaign.
Obama can do whatever he wants. He can drink on the job, say what he wants, pass laws without Congress' vote. He can do anything and some people are so smitten with him that they cannot see past their own eyelashes.
It's disgusting!!
I am looking forward to Romney/Ryan!
OKay, but I'm not gonna dance!
.................wait a minute! What is that my foot's doing?
!!NOOOO!! :-)
*sigh*
