Thank you SCOTUS and especially the RINO John Roberts, because you have just sealed the fate of the downfall of Liberal Progressives.

Thank you, SCOTUS. This Obamacare ruling fires up the troops as America’s eyes are opened! Thank God.
This proves to be such an unsettling time in America as we undergo the fundamental transformation that Barack Obama promised he would do to us if elected. Obamacare was dealt in deception and confusion by flooding the public with an overwhelming amount of conflicting “rationale” via thousands of pages of unread legislative detail, which is the radical left’s M.O. Obama promised the American people this wasn’t a tax and that he’d never raise taxes on anyone making less than $250,000. We now see that this is the largest tax increase in history. It will slam every business owner and every one of the 50% of Americans who currently pay their taxes. The other 50% are being deceived if they think they’re going to get a free ride – because Medicaid is broke. Recipients of Obama’s “free health care” will have fewer choices and less accessibility. Trust me – this much more expensive health care WILL be rationed; to claim otherwise defies all economic and common sense.
We will not retreat on this. A newly elected legislative branch is key to defending our Republic and fundamentally restoring all that is good in America.
SCOTUS now rules this is a tax? Well, Congress has the ability to create taxes – and also has the ability to rescind them. Upon their return from the July recess, Congress should act immediately to repeal this terrible new tax on the American people, and indeed they must repeal all of Obamacare. This is the most brazen and sweeping new tax and government overreach imposed on us. We the People did not ask for this tax, we do not want this tax, and we can’t afford this tax. This is not an answer to America’s health care challenges.
It’s time, again, for patriotic Americans to rise up to protest this obvious infringement on our economic and personal freedom. November is just around the corner. Today, the Supreme Court issued their ruling on Obamacare. In November, We the People will issue ours.

Today the Supreme Court upheld the
Constitutionality of Obamacare on the premise that the individual mandate is a
"tax."
The "incredible irony," according to MRC's Brent Bozell is that
the Court Has "Declared Obama to Be a Monumental Liar," for promising that
Obamacare was NOT a tax in 2009.

Intelligent people need to boycott "hallmark" I know the liberals and other stupid will not.

now some are even calling for a boycott of the company, though Hallmark insists its line of political-humor cards is not meant to offend and pokes fun at both sides.
The card in question says on the front, “You graduated! Time to go to a lot of parties!”
And on the inside, “But avoid those tea parties if you can. Trust me.”
The 102-year old company carries this disclaimer on its website: “Never, ever do we intend to offend, be hurtful, or make social or political statements with our products.”
An Illinois man, who founded the Lake County tea party, is asking why Hallmark has embroiled itself in political messages and debate, contrary to its claims of never doing so.
Lennie Jarratt, who also maintains a blog called Champion News, titled his most recent blog entry, “Hallmark joins the Obama re-election campaign with anti-tea party graduation card.”
“It’s offensive,” Jarratt told Todd Starnes of Fox News Radio.

Lennie Jarratt, who also maintains a blog called Champion News, titled his most recent blog entry, “Hallmark joins the Obama re-election campaign with anti-tea party graduation card.”
“It’s offensive,” Jarratt told Todd Starnes of Fox News Radio.
“Why is Hallmark getting political?” he asked. “What’s the point of this? Why would they want to bash a whole group of people?”
The greeting card company says on its website, “Hallmark makes the world a more caring place by helping people laugh, love, heal, say thanks, reach out and make meaningful connections with others.”
“Through moments big and small, and through both happy and challenging times, Hallmark helps give voice to caring thoughts and emotions with tangible reminders of appreciation, belonging and love.”
Hallmark offers another graduation card that might be more acceptable to tea party activists.
This card provides another image of Obama telling recent graduates, “You’re going to be a success Grad …”
Inside, it reads: “Just don’t make over 250K a year or I’ll tax the heck out of you!”
In a Hallmark statement, the card giant says, “Humor is a funny thing. What makes one person chuckle can be puzzling, or even off-putting, to the next, and there can be a fine line between edgy and startling, between gently playful and boringly safe.”
Hallmark then provide an apology to anyone who is offended by the Obama graduation card.
“We know that some people have expressed concerns about one of our humor cards that references President Obama and tea parties.
“That line of cards has successfully poked fun at both sides of the political debate for many years. It is never our intent to offend anyone.
“We apologize if anyone was offended.”
While I will hope for it, I have my doubts.
And, odds are pretty good that Obama will be re-elected in November. He leads Romney in 3 swing states (OH, PA, FL), and even leads Romney in his state of MA (56% to 39%). Obama already leads in possible electoral college votes. All Obama has to do is take 2 of those 3 swing states to win.
It's a misconception that all people will pay any kind of new tax, so don't listen to the Republican hogwash. The only people who would be "taxed" would be people who decide NOT to pay for any healthcare insurance. We all know most people will buy healthcare insurance...what person wouldn't, unless they can't afford to? In those cases, exceptions will be made.
So don't believe everything the Republicans are trying to put out there about the healthcare law. They lost, they know it, and they know there's very little they can do about it.
It's always easier to whine about a loss than have done the right thing for most Americans in the first place.
I guess it's just their time to whine.
All anyone can do is hope for the best in any given situation.
Keep believing in it's demise. Keep believing that congress WILL do the right thing and ditch obiecare;.l
and will obama tout it as such in his campaign?
and if america realizes that obama equals taxation, this one and many more to come, will they still adore him?
RINO ROBERTS may have unwittingly jabbed his new pal obama with a lethal pinprick.
No poor person has ever been denied medical care in America and hence this bigger than a phone book plan was unnecessary to begin with. To lower cost for individuals all they needed to do was allow insurance companies to sell policies across state lines like car insurance; let free enterprise work.
This albatross package is nothing more than a way for big government along socialist policies to be involved in every facet of a citizens life.
Anyway, I hate to tell you this but heathcare has been rationed and controlled by the insurance companies for a long time... all they have to say is that they won't pay for something and it's not really an option for most folks after that.
And with the Obamacare tax.. it's only a tax penalty for the folks that don't get insurance because someone still has to pay for their care in emergency rooms and those are more expensive places to get care.
Read the bill.
And I did read the bill.. I try to plow through most things that will impact my family as much as this one does. And the way you read it just isn't how I did.
