Holder realizes how many illegal votes Obama would lose here in Texas if this law stands!

Amazing that we should even be asked this question. How can anyone argue in favor of Holden? Suing a state for wanting to make sure no illegals are voting?
Having our attorney general defending illegals, people that have broken the law in the United States of America?
Only liberals and their chaotic minds could support something this ridiculous.
I would pay big money to see Holder in a town hall meeting here in Texas defending his stupidity, now that would be entertaining.

Democrats don't give Blacks and Hispanics enough credit. Only intelligent people should be voting anyway and if you're intelligent enough to get an ID card (which is required for pretty much surviving these days) then you're intelligent enough to vote.

The voting act of 1965 has nothing to do with ID,they put the act in so that blacks could vote, which is right, everyone who is legal should have that right to vote, but Illegals should not. no illegals should vote

Once again the Obama admin is buying an election by protecting those that are not eligible to vote. With Obamacare everyone will have to prove they have insurance with some sort of ID. What is going to do then give more waivers to his friends the illegals.

Holder still under contempt charges. The fact the Communists in the DOJ won't bring the charges means nothing. The Contempt charge stands.

This is a no-brainer. If you don't know how to go to the DMV and get a picture ID, then you are not smart enough to vote. Obama and Holder keep saying that blacks and latinos are stupid, I wouldn't take that if I were one.

The time for secession draws nigh, and Texas should lead the way.

As a state with a history of voter discrimination, Texas must get preclearance from the Department of Justice for changes in election law. The DOJ blocked Texas’ law under Section 5 of the 1965 Voting Rights Act, declaring that it would disproportionately affect Hispanic voters

An Associated Press analysis found that stringent new photo ID laws disenfranchise thousands of legal voters. In Pennsylvania, where a photo ID law takes effect this year, a Philadelphia Inquirer study found that 9.2 percent of the state’s registered voters do not have a photo ID card from the Transportation Department. In Texas, the state found that 605,000 voters lack the necessary ID. DOJ attorney Elizabeth Westfall said in her opening statement today that as many as 1.4 million voters could be affected. “We look forward to explaining the flaws in the state’s argument,” she said.

    Let the Supreme Court decide

Where does it say in the constitution that I have to buy a government mandate?
There are people that don't have cars to go vote so do we need to buy them cars?
People have to pay taxes so why can't they get ID. I had to get a passport to travel but found that not to be a big deal.
Just face it, you need illegal votes for your party....you have nothing else to run on.

So now after fighting for free health care and arguing that kids and people were dying on the surgery tables you are going to call health care a tax and aproved within the constitution? You people had to call it a tax (which it always was) in order to get it approved in the supreme court, that is totally pathetic. How many times did Obama say it was not a tax and would not cost the people a dime?
Don't you people have any moral standards? If a lie doesn't work one way spin it another. Sick bunch of people.
